Is Chessa Real?

Chapter 9

Chance's POV

It's like 4 in the morning and all of us guys decided to get in the hot tub.

Erika and I also switched our suitcases yesterday so we wouldn't have to walk into the others room in the middle of the night.

I slowly opened mine and Tessa's door and walked over to the suitcase.

I grabbed my swimming trunks and rushed to the bathroom so I didn't wake her up. Before I left the room, I walked over to Tessa.

She always kicks the covers off of her so I pulled them back up and kissed her forehead once again.

While us guys were hanging out, we made plans for the last night in Big Bear. Ivan, Nick and the girls were asleep so they'd have no idea.

Tessa's POV

It's like 6:30 in the morning and I'm awake. What the heck. So today I decided I was definitely going for a run.

I got dressed and went to wake up Rik. As I was down the hall, I look into the living room to see all the guys pasted out on the couch.

Of course I had to take a picture.

I went to wake her up then walked back to the boys.

Standing there looking at them, I decided it was a good day for a prank.

I set up every one of their cameras at different angles so they'd all have the footage.

There was a sharpie in kitchen and of course me and Rik had makeup.

When they wake up, they'd look at each other only to see that some had a full face of makeup or a sharpie unibrow with a mustache.

After finishing our mater pieces, we left the house to go run.

....

We got back an hour and a half later and no one had moved. So I decided it was time to wake them up.

Jake had that airhorn he'd been using on us so I grabbed it and walked in front of the guys.

After pushing the button down for 5 seconds they set up slowly.

"Dude" Emilio said looking at Chad.
"What?" he replied looking concerned.

Emilio couldn't quit laughing at his beautiful eyebrows.

Everyone of the guys started to realize they'd been pranked.

"Tessa, Erika!" Jake yelled.

We knew it was coming. They were going to pick us up and throw us into the lake.

The boys tag teamed and grabbed me and Rik. They slowly walked down to the dock and tossed us in without any warning.

"No body pranks the master!" Jake yelled as we came up out of the water.

After we got ready for the day, we all set down and ate breakfast together.

We were all a little burnt out on the lake so we walked to the village.

Before we separated, Nick suggested we play a game.

"Alright everyone, write your name on a piece of paper and put it into this hat" he said taking it off Kade's head.

Of course we all did and then he gave us a money limit.

"Who ever you draw out of the hat is the person you spend $15 dollars on. You can buy anything you want but don't go over" he said.

We all took turns drawing a name without telling who had who.

"We will meet here at 5 this evening then go back for dinner" Nick said.

Me and Erika stayed together so we wouldn't get lost. My person was Chad and I had no idea what to get him.

We walk into the first store and start looking. Around 4:30 me and Rik had completed our shopping so we walked to the coffee shop.

After we all make it back to the house, we hid our gifts for tomorrow night.

The entire team was in the kitchen making dinner. We were having spaghetti with garlic bread and salad.

There cannot be one normal night when we all cook without someone starting food fight.

Noodles were flying everywhere.

"Guys!" Erika yelled "Someone go buy more noodles because now there's none to eat" she said.

We all laughed and cleaned up while Jake and a few others went to the store.

Once dinner was finally done and we all had ate. We sat down on the couch to watch a few movies.

By midnight we were ready for bed and lucky finished editing.

Chance's POV

It was close to 1 a.m. and we were going to bed. Last night really did a number on us guys.

Tessa had already went to the bedroom to take her makeup off and brush her teeth while me and a few guys were locking up and turning off lights.

When I walked into the room the only light was coming from a small lamp in the corner of the room.

I walked into the bathroom to brush my teeth and change into some gym shorts.

As I walked over to my bed, I saw Tessa was already in it.

I was going over to her bed  when she whispered with her eyes closed and said,

"Please sleep with me."

I stood there in shock not knowing what to do. So I walked over and crawled into the opposite side of the bed.

Tessa rolled over snuggling up to me and resting her head on my chest.

She was asleep in no time so I listened to the sound of her soft snore.

After a while I grabbed her hand that was also resting on my chest and fall asleep myself.
