The next day:
Jake's POV

We guys, it's official...we got the house!

I haven't told anyone on Team 10 considering I just got the call but we have to start packing as soon as we get back.

Some time this week we are planning to meet with each other's families and eat dinner, that was when I'd tell them the news!

Chance's POV

Tessa is here! I cannot believe she was at my door!

I had trouble sleeping last night because I couldn't contain my excitement.

AND to top it off...the entire Team is here!

Today we plan on hanging out in Anthony's back yard. They set up tons of stuff to do back there, and then we'll grill out later.

Right now I'm on my way to pick up Tessa and whoever else that wants to go, so we can go to the store to pickup stuff for the cookout.

Not far away from the hotel, I called and told her to be waiting outside.

I pulled up to the hotel and her along with Ivan and Nick were sitting on a bench waiting.

They all piled in and we began to head to the nearest Walmart.

...

"Your total will be $174.32" the cashier said.

Honestly for the entire team to be here in Ohio and coming to a cookout, the price for all the food is not bad.

Ivan loaded the groceries into the cart while Tessa grabbed the receipt and we headed back to the car.

The whole ride home we listened to the radio and talked about the house situation. A few minutes later we pulled up to Anthony's house and unloaded the car.

In the backyard they had a pool, there was water slides and water balloons, the fire was already going and they were firing up the grill.

Tonight should be awesome!

Tessa's POV

This morning Chance picked me, Ivan, and Nick up to go grab things for the cookout tonight.

We got to Walmart and grabbed two buggies. One had drinks and chips, and in the other we had hamburgers and hotdog with all the condiments (ketchup, mustard, onion, etc.).

About 20 minutes later after we left Walmart, we arrived at Anthony's and began beginning having fun with all the water.

8:00 p.m.

The boys were adding more wood onto the fire and setting up chairs around it so we can roast marshmallows.

Chance was beside me resting his hand on my thigh, and Erika to my right roasting a marshmallow.

For most of the night we talked about how thankful we all are and how we enjoy going through this journey with each other.

Nights like these make me never want to grow up...or go back to LA!
