Is Chessa Real?

Chapter 18

Chance's POV

I'm very excited that we're going to Florida, especially because I get to go with the girl sleeping on my shoulder.

We've been on the plane about 8 hours and are getting ready to land.

Tessa is all laid out so I shook her gently to tell her to buckle up.

We finally landed and we're now at the baggage claim. There was only 6 suitcases because we were able to pack in each other's.

Jake had everything lined up to where there was a van we could drive around.

Everyone put their luggage in the back of the van and piled in.

We were now on our way to the condo.

Jake's POV

I cannot wait for the Team to see the place. Tessa insisted we got a smaller one since we share rooms, but for the size condo we got, it was still pretty big.

We just got off the airplane and found the van. Everyone got in and I put the location in the GPS.

It's about a 20 minute drive so our DJ for the drive was Anthony.

The pictures online do not even compare to the actual place.

It was a two story, beach front condo with a pool in the back.

This was definitely a way to get out mind off the crazy stuff that was happening.

Tessa's POV

I slept the whole plane ride here...doesn't really surprise me.

We were driving for a while and everyone was getting more hyped as they seen the ocean.

Jake pulled up at the condo and they went crazy, I must say the pictures don't do it justice.

This place was beautiful. It was a two story, beach front condo, it even had a pool!

Everyone jumped out of the van and ran inside to check out the rooms. Jake and I already figured out who was going to sleep with who, but I'm sure they'd change.

Rik and I were together, Chance and Anthony, Jake and Kade, then we were going to let Nick, Chad and the Martinez twins figure out theirs.

We were all unpacked and settled. The boys didn't waste any time, they are already at the beach.

Since we were going to be here for a full week, Nick, Rik and I went to the grocery store.

Each one of us had a grocery cart full to the top with stuff to make dinners, drinks, and tons of snacks.

When you have 10 people staying in one house, and 8 of them are guys..food goes pretty fast. We'll probably even be back here before the week is over.

We got back and the guys carried in the groceries while me and Erika put them away.

Later that night

That night we got to watch the sun go down over the ocean. It was one of the best things I've ever seen.

The boys were editing their vlogs for today and me an Rik were taking our makeup off and getting ready for bed.

She left to go tell Jake to double check the doors before he went to bed.

While she was gone Chance came in and sat on the end of my bed:

"Are you going to be ok?" he asked.
"I'll be fine" I replied with a chuckle, " I know where to find you if I can't sleep."

We had talked until Rik came back in.

Before he left he leaned down and gave me a hug. While he was pulling away, our eyes locked.

A small grin formed across his face, all I could was look away and grin myself.

That night I was laying in bed smiling at the thought of us. Apparently Erika wasn't sleeping either because she caught me.

"Tessa" she said laughing, "Are you thinking about Chance?"
"Yes" I replied laughing.

You can say that we didn't go to bed until late..we talked all night.

I'm very glad I signed onto Team 10. My life I have now is nothing I would've imagined back then.

I get to spend a week with the best people in one of the prettiest places on earth.
