she woke up with a start, her hand clenching at her heart as it hit her chest wildly. a thin layer of sweat covered the youngest zolomon sibling's face. she had that dream again, it wasn't the first time it had happened, she had been having it for quite some time, however, she never told her brother hunter what the dream was about. in the dream she could see clearly how a man pierced her heart with a knife, she had been dreaming this almost every single night and she couldn't stand it anymore.
"are you okay? i heard you scream," hunter came into his sister's room and as soon as the girl saw him, she ran and hugged him.
"i had that dream again, it felt so real."
"it's just a dream, a bad one."
"i keep thinking, what if it's not just a dream? what if the particle accelerator affected me as well and this is some sort of superpower and i'm predicting my own death?"
"that is not going to happen, i will protect you, no one can hurt you."
