Normani and Lauren were childhood friends and they split up from the outcome of suddenly going to different colleges. They meet again now that they're famous and old feelings come back.
I watch the clouds and shake my head, Lord please let us fix this. I really miss her badly. Here I am broken, sittin here sad, emotionally bound to her.

After a few minutes of contemplating, I send her yet another text.

Knowing she's not gonna reply, I put my phone down and go into the kitchen.
"Zara has arrived!" She yells

They come into the kitchen and Tori gets a takeout menu from out the draw.
