Kate..... Whats going on???

           MelSavage: This will be my last post on Instagram. I need to spend time with my family on this trip and I plan to do just that.... Thank you..

       -Reality-

     My dads driving the RV and is listening to the radio, when it starts talking about these guys who are armed and dangerous he changes the channel. Then he starts singing to the song thats on the radio when Kate goes up and sits in the front with him. I don't know why she is so miserable on this trip I think its fun. My dad should really stop singing its horrible. Scott chuckles beside me. "Whats so funny" I said looking towards him. "You said that out loud and I thought it was funny." He goes back to reading what ever it is that he is reading, I then listen to my dads and Kates conversation.

D: I guess I should have used some of that collection money for singing lessons.

K: mm I don't think the congregation can stand it daddy.

K: So have you decided yet....... We going to the beach.

D: Ahh I don't likely know Katey-Kakes, do you wanna go to the beach.

K: What else is there to do in Mexico.

D: I'm sure theres lots to do there, they do have beaches, they also got mountains, deserts.....

   I stopped listening, because Kate doesn't sound happy we are going to go to Mexico. I like it, I have always wanted to travel and being with family makes it even better. I'm grateful to be on this trip, oh no dads singing again.....Ughhh....... Why can't Kate just appreciate we are spending time together. I know she's planning to have Kyle meet up with us and take her back, I'm not stupid, and she's not that clever. Scott comes out of the bathroom and its horrible, Kate tells him to light a match and that starts them arguing.....again...... I zoned out till I heard " Remind me again why mom and dad walked half way across China to adopt you" Well that was harsh Kate jeez... " Hey whats going on back there" "Nothing dad bible study" Since when was him and Kate arguing bible study, but whatever I'm taking a nap, maybe when I wake up we will be at our destination doesn't matter to me. I wake up to Scott saying we are getting something to eat. Yessssss I'm starving. We walk into this food place and order, I notice out of the corner of my eye Kate walk of back to the RV, she probably told Kyle to meet us here. I think dad noticed to because he makes us follow her and leave our food.... Damn you Kate...... Scott and dad start shouting for her, I just want to get back to my food. We spot here and she's walking towards Kyles truck.

D: Kate what are you doing.

S: Kate what the hell.

M: Come on Kate whats going on?

S: You were going to leave me too.

D: Whats going on here?

S: She texted him.

M: I saw her.

K: Tattletales

D: Sorry you had to drive all the way out here son, I do appreciate your concern for my daughter. This is a family matter, its none of your business. 

Ky: All do respect, Kate made it my business. She's downright scared the way you packed her up and took her out of her life like that.

D: Now listen I've known your family for a long time now from church, I don't wanna have to call them up on a count of you giving me any kind of trouble out here.

Ky: Go ahead

K: Daddy don't you dare

Ky: Call em

D: Kyle your a good boy, don't do anything to betray that.

D: Your the traitor revryn (sp?) what kind of man up and abandons his congregation.

K+M: Abandons it?

S: Whats he talking bout dad?

Ky: He didn't tell you, I talked to my mom he quit the parish for good.

K: You said it was just a break, when were you gonna tell us.

D: Soon as the time was right

S: But why dad, why would you quit?

M: Answer him

K: Answer him or I swear to god I will get in Kyles truck and I will never look back.

D: If your a man of the cloth, bid any cloth, not a day goes by where you don't look in the mirror and don't wonder if I'm a fraud.

K: What are you talking about daddy.

M: I don't understand.

D: A Shepard can't lay his flock, if he's lost that path himself.

K: Are you saying you don't believe anymore.

D:...........

Ky: I told you lets go now *grabs Kates arm*

D: Let go of her! Young man let go of her

Ky: *Hits my dad*

K: Stop! Stop it!

Oh hell no.....

M: This is your fault Kate you just had to leave this is ridiculous.

K+M+S: *Checks on our dad*

K: What has gotten into you!

Ky: Don't let him fool you!

M: HES OUR DAD YOU PRICK!

K: I want you to leave.....now!

Ky: Fine so long.. you and your rice-monkey brother.

S: *Lunges at Kyle*

M: Scott stop he's not worth it.

Ky: Bunch of freaks..

M:*walks up and hits him* screw you..

Ky: You deserve each other..

D: Come on lets go

M: What a dick....

    We walked back to the RV in silence, it was awkward. I just don't understand why we can't just appreciate the time we have together. We never know when it's going to end. I just want to get to our destination and eat something. I'm tired of this trip and it hasn't even really started, I just want to relax. I hated that Kyle guy anyway, always trying to sneak into the house like who does he think he is laying hands on my father. Damn prick and I can't believe Kate saw something in this guy, like why. Hopefully we stop at a hotel soon, I want to rest on a bed.
