    She took Richie, why does she need him so much, is she going to make him like her. Seth pushes the ranger against the bar. "Not a thinking man are you, if you were you would just let this go.No you're like one of those junkyard dogs." "Let him go." "Dad put the gun down I can't take anymore blood." I say trying to keep the tears from falling down. The ranger talks about knowing away out, but Seth won't hear him out. Why did this happen to us, why can't Scott still be with us, now we don't know where he is. "ALL THOSE IN FAVOR OF LEAVING THE RANGER, RAISE YOUR HAND!"  Kate and I raise out hands slowly. "Girls??" "We're sorry daddy, but you saw what happened to those bikers." "He could turn on us."Tanner raises the stake as if he is raising his hand. "Professor give me a break." "Sorry ranger its clearly epidemic." They pop open one of the doors on the floor, Seth jumps down. "Seth!?!" "Come on down Blue, waters fine." I take off my skirt because I know it might get caught in the grinder, I'm happy I wore spandex shorts underneath it. I close my eyes and I jump down waiting to land in the grinder, but I don't. I open my eyes to see I landed in Seth's arms. "Well would you look at that my knight in a suit jacket." Seth looks at me and smiles. "Good one Blue." "Melanie are you okay." "yea dad I'm okay." Tanner comes down next with the weapons and almost slips in. "Careful...Careful." Seth and I slowly make our way across as Tanner gets himself secure. "Alright toss me the bag." "Coming to you." "1...2...-" Tanner slips and the bag goes right into the grinder...Great just great." SHIT!!" "Oopsie Daisy." "No you don't get to say oopsie daisy, you just killed us." "I'm sorry I slipped, it's not like this placed isn't covered in blood." Kate's next to come down, I don't feel comfortable with Tanner helping her down but what can I do. Nothing absolutely nothing. Like I did absolutely nothing to save Scott before he was thrown. Dad comes down next and he comes down hard. "Dad you okay!?!?!" "Jesus." He gets up and we all follow Seth. "Careful."    We come out of the grinder into what looks like a tunnel, what else is there to this place. Seth and Tanner lead the way Kate, dad, and I follow them. Seth and Tanner make small talk, while Kate and I help dad walk. "There's something on this floor." : Stay close Scott needs us, focus on that." Scott where are you??? "Kate, Mel." "What?" "There's something I have to tell you two about your mother." 'What is it?" "You gotta stay strong thats how you're gonna get through this." "Daddy what is it." Before dad can say anything we here screeching and hissing from down the tunnel. "What is that." We all look back. "There's something coming, come on." Seth and Tanner run, Kate and I help our dad run. "Come on dad you got this." "Wait!!Wait!! Don't leave us." We fell whatever is behind us gain on us. "Hold on dad, hold on, we got you.""Wait!!Wait!!.AAAHHH." Kate screams when dad falls making both of us fall with him. I hit my head against the wall, I get up and I feel like I'm in a daze."JACOB!" Seth sees us struggling so he runs out and helps us by grabbing the side of my dad I was on and grabbing my arm with his free hand. He helps us into the room and Tanner and Seth block the door. "Thank me later." Kate grabs him and knees him in the balls... Go Kate....... "Chivalry's dead now." I lean against the wall and check if my head is bleeding. Great it is, can I just catch a break. "Blue you okay?" "Yea Gecko I'm fine." We look around the room we're into and we find all kinds of stuff, who knows how long this place has been killing people and taking their stuff to make it seem like they disappeared. "AAH, SHIT!!!." I look at Seth to see a man with a gun pointed at us. "Welcome to the party baby ." "Do you wanna put down the death stick road block." "Do I have a smile on my face, does it look like I'm happy to see you." " News flash we're friendlies, okay we're not those freaks." "I want you out of here go back the way you came." "There's nothing but death that way." " What you think is at the end of this." "Stop..Stop." "Kate." "No dad, mister my brother is lost down here and we're trying to find him." " A month, a year, times like a ribbon that found some way to knot into a bow."  Why is this guy so heartless? We need to find Scott he might not have hope but I do. Scott is tough he can take care of himself until we find him. The guy points at me and says "Spin it." I don't know if I want to I don't really have the best luck with stuff like this. I spin it anyway, because I don't want to get into more of a situation that I'm already in. It lands on shopping spree. "Its your lucky day shopping spree, you get 10 minutes, to get whatever you want and easy on down the road." Cool I wonder what I can find, hopefully something useful and also something to defend myself. The guy starts the timer and we all scatter to look for stuff that can help us.

   I find a flashlight, 2 wooden stakes, and a belt of throwing knives. I learned how to throw knives a couple of summers ago, I saw it in a show once and I wanted to learn how, so I did.  "Times up." The guy opens the door and tells us to not come crawling back, because he won't open the door. "You keep acting like you don't care if we live or die, but you keep helping us, why don't you help us fight our way out of here, you know your way out of here don't you?" "Give up Kate this man won't help us." "Mel maybe he wi-" "No Kate he won't, he survived this long down here by doing what he is doing, why would he risk himself for people he just met." I walk out of the door and into the dark tunnel. Seth and Tanner quickly follow . We turn on our flashlights so we can see where we are going. "You okay Blue?" "You know Gecko you keep asking me that and I always say yes, but now I'm not sure." I hear Kate sound like she can't breathe and I push through everyone to get to her, when I do it looks like she's in a trance. "Kate! Kate!" She snaps out of it. " You okay Kate." She starts backing up. "Kate?" I flash my light at her and see a Channan behind her. "Kate look out!!" I'm to late the Channan grabs her and flies up and out of sight. "Kate!!" "Kate!!!"

    We run along the tunnels trying to find where the Channan took her, but the tunnels seem endless. I hear Kate scream inside a room on my right, I kick open the door and see a Channan about to stab her, so I throw one of the stakes and it lands in the Channan chest. Bullseye..... "Kate!!" "OK CHENNANS!" "Channan." "OK CHANANS!" " No it's-" "Oh who the fuck cares Tanner my sister is tied up and you're worried about a pronunciation!" "Tanner you go left, Jacob you go right, Blue you stick with me." "We're coming honey." " Kate hold on." Seth shoots at the Channan, but missed and the Channan grabs his gun and yanks him to it. I grab my other stake and run at the Channan and stab it in the heart. "Blue that was dangerous." "I know Gecko but she's family." Dad and I untie Kate. "We got you Kate."  We go to leave when a lot more channels walk through the doorway we came in. "What do we do?!?!" "It's Channan stop action." "Really!?!?!" They blow up and I see the guy from earlier come through the doorway. " I was wrong about you." "Theres a passageway just beyond the alter, move god damn it!!Go!" "Thank you Rus(?)." I say. After I saw that a bunch of Channans start feeding on him. "NOOO!" "Go find your brother!" As we leave the room I hear an explosion....
