Lightning's POV

10:56PM

I walked towards the two large golden doors from earlier and walked towards them. The two sleepy guards jumped up and their faces lit up with happiness as they quickly opened the doors for me.

I smiled, "Thank you," I said softly. "Thank you for finally returning, Little Light!" One guard said. I nodded and walked inside, oh my...
The smell of hundreds of Alphas hit me... Other alphas of course.... None from this island except for the western alpha.. Figures..

I seen several women in maids outfits... Ones from my clan... They were serving the alphas.. And they were definitely afraid...

I bit my bottom lip as I walked down into the crowd... Everyone I walked by looked at me.. Some smiled.. Some looked furious..

Then I finally made my way towards the back of the ballroom.. Where three thrones sat on a small stage.. In the center was the largest of the thrones. It was covered with red cushions and it had many golden wolves carved in the gold..

The other two thrones were same, except they were a little smaller.. Not much, but just a little.

In the center sat Alpha Fang.. The Alpha of the southern clan.. Also know as Shadow's father... on the right.. There was nobody.. And on the left sat a bored Shadow.. With two woman trying to seduce him.

I approached the thrones to and stood in front of them as both of the men looked down at me.. Alpha Fang looked much like Shadow.. Except he had a scar of claw marks down his right eye..
And his left wolf ear was almost torn off... As the other remained perfectly fine..

The man had thick black hair.. It stopped at his neck, and he had high cheek bones.. Alpha Fang was older looking than Shadow and had a bit of a darker tan. He was dressed in the same outfit as Shadow.. Ans his tail sat softly on his lap.

Alpha Fang and Shadow's faces were furious.. Both of their eyes turned bright red... I knew why Shadow would be upset... But why would his father be upset? Maybe he seen right threw me.. Damn!

"Son.." The Alpha started, "It seems to be.. Little Light has returned..."

Shadow looked over at his father and nodded, "What do you want me to do?" He asked. The alpha smirked and looked back over to his son, "Heh, do what you please.. Just keep her out of my way."

Shadow nodded and walked down to me, he grabbed my and, "How about a dance my dear?" He asked, you could tell he was angry by his tone, though he tried to hide it from the others around us.

Shadow pulled me into the crowd as a song began to play.. A slow song.. He put his hand on my lower back and then took his other had and grabbed mine..

I was so confused so I just copied the others around us as he began to dance, "So.." He said, "What the hell are you doing here?!" He whispered in my ear. I bit my lip, "S-sorry I was bored and people actually thought that I was this 'Little Light' character.." I replied.

Shadow growled, "Don't you ever impersonate her again, you here?!" I looked at him, "W-what's with her anyways.. Who was she?" I asked.

Shadow shook his head, "She was an important person.." He sighed deeply. I stared at him, "O-okay..."'

Shadow slowly pulled away and stared at me, "Go enjoy the rest of the night... Okay? You'll be known as 'Little Light' from now on.. Until we can fake your death.. And I will take you home." Shadow whispered and walked back towards the throne, sitting down.. Bored once again..

I felt bad for sneaking out, and pretending to be this woman.. She must have been really important to the clan.. Who was she? And what did she do? Why didn't the guards think I was her when I first came here if they think I'm her now? I was so confused..

A tall and lengthy fellow walked up to me, "Hello.. I'm Tree," He said, bending over and kissing my hand. "I can't believe I finally get to meet you," He said.

Tree? What a odd name.. Even for a wolf.. We were all named after are abilities.. But what did he do? Control trees or something?

"Would you like to dance?" He asked, I nodded as a response.. There was nothing else to do.. I danced with many wolves that night.. And Shadow kept a eye on me.. He wouldn't stop watching me.. I guess he was making sure I wasn't acting stupid? Who knows..

2:56AM

Shadow and I finally returned to his room, and he handed me something.. A small box like thing.. Something I've been missing so much.. With a beautiful screen and two cameras.. My cellphone!
I smiled widely, "Thanks Shadow, how did you get it back?!" I asked. "I asked for it," Shadow replied and sat down on the bed, his eyes were a bright blue again.
I looked down at my phone and turned it on..

205 missed texted messages

Oh goodness.. They were all from friends, family, and 98 of them were from Fang.. My best friend...

I opened up my phone and began to reply to all the messages..

Me: Hey Fang..

Fang: Are you okay?! You haven't been hurt yet have you?! Fucking John won't let me go get you! I've snuck out several times!

Me: Yeah, I'm alright.. It's actually not that bad.

Fang: We are coming to get you hold tight!

Me: Wait you don't have too..

Fang: We are, bye gotta get ready!!

Me: Wait!

Me: You there?!

Me: Fang!

We texted back and forth and then she stopped.. Damn... The clan is coming here.. They were gonna attack us.. Oh jeez..

I looked over at Shadow, "U-uh.. Shadow.."
I said. He looked over at me and raised a eyebrow.
