The Dream and a new friend?!

Little Light's POV

57 Years ago...

2:37AM

"Hurry, Hurry!" A woman from outside in the halls called out, "The baby is coming!"

I huffed and puffed as I laid on the bed. A nurse and a few other of the servants ran into the room, all helping out.

I groaned in pain and squeezed my mate's hand tightly as he looked down at me with the kindest smile possible from a man. His eyes were tired, but full of happiness.. And his hair was a bit messy.. But that didn't matter now..

I was told to push...and most of it was a blur..

A cry echoed in the castle... A very loud cry..

"It's a girl!" I heard a wolf shout and a wife smile spread across my face as I was handed a small baby..Bundled up in a white blanket.

My mate and I almost cried because of how happy we were... Because our little girl was finally here...

Lightning's POV

Regular time.

3:54AM

I jumped out of bed, "What the?" I asked and rubbed my sleepy eyes. It was a dream. A strange dream.. Why was I? Shadow rolled over and groaned loudly before he turned on the lamp beside his bed.

The light was bright I kept my eyes closed for a second and then blinked a few times before they finally adjusted to the brightness.

Shadow squinted at me and sat up, he looked around for a moment and then rubbed his eyes. His hair was kinda messy and there were bags under his eyes from how tired he was. "What's wrong?" He finally asked. I shrugged slightly and climbed back into the large bed, "Just a strange dream..." I replied with a large yawn that followed.

Shadow rolled his eyes and turned the light back off before he turned over on his side, "Goodnight Lightning..." He whispered under his breathe.. But something was strange about the tone in his voice... It sounded sad...

10:01AM

I sat on the bed and ate the breakfast Shadow had brought me when a woman entered the room, "Master Shadow..." She said, "I-It's time.." Shadow looked up from cleaning his sword and raised it off his lap, staring into it's mighty blade. The sword had a black handle with strange wolf carvings and the blade was large and curved slightly.

I looked over towards Shadow, "Time for what?" I asked; Shadow looked over towards me and growled lowly. A group of guards walked into the room and grabbed each of my arms, "H-hey... What's going on?" I asked feeling very nervous.

The guards stayed completely silent and didn't make any eye contact with me as they pulled me out of the room and into the hall. I kept asking different questions that would not be answered as the guards pulled me into the ballroom... All the clan leaders of the island was in there.. Alpha John, Fang, Tree, and.... Moon..? Alpha Moon was fairly new.. His parents had died by being attacked by vampires on their way to one of their wolf meetings...

All the eyes landed on me, everyone seemed furious... I was so confused....

"This is Little Light?" Alpha Moon asked, "She's not as beautiful as she used to be.." I narrowed my eyes at him, but didn't dare to speak.... Because every smart wolf knows you shouldn't disrespect a Alpha....

"Where is your son?" John turned to Fang and raised a eyebrow. "He doesn't wanna join us...." He replied and twisted a strand of his hair with his pointer finger.

Everyone stared at each other in silence until a guard came behind, "What shall we do with her while Shadow is taking care of business?" A guard asked, I looked up at him and lowered my ears. "Kill her..." John's voice was just above a whisper...

My eyes widened and I squealed loudly while my head was being pushed down towards the floor. I glanced over to my side and seen a man caring a large axe with a mask over his face approach me and the guard who was pushing me down.

I struggled to get free, growling lowly at the same time... Until all of the sudden I seen the axe raised above my head.... "Little Light, you will be executed for the murder of Mandy, Marky..and for disrespect for the alphas..." John's loud voice boomed out.

"WAIT!" I screamed, " I'm Lightning! Not Little Light! J-Just ask Shadow!" I was ignored and the axe was raised and the brought down...

A sudden hand reached under the axe's blade and brought it back up, "Don't ever touch her again..." A voice growled. I looked up at the person with beautiful long strands of hair and a pair of large wolf ears.....MOON?!

Moon had long hair like Shadow, but it was a blonde color and so were his ears and tail... He had two red stripes down his cheek bones and each eye was a different color.. One was blue and the other green...

"Please don't hurt her..." Moon whimpered and pulled me towards his chest... A sob was heard as he buried his face into my neck.. "I-I'm so glad your back..." He sobbed even more.. I was so confused...why was he crying?

Short chapter! Hmm, I wonder what Little Light (Lightning) means to Moon? Also anyone have any ideas why most of the wolves think Lightning is Little Light??? If so! Comment what you think! Thank you❤️ ~Lightz❤️
