Jack's Visit

Ronny nudges Soul. "So what's our next move?"

She shrugs. "Up to Amelia now." She smiles. I look around the office and glance at everyone. 'Where's Kai..?' "Well..first off, i'm gonna make peace with Drachma. It'd be nice to have them as an allie. Soul nods. "Alright..." I sigh. "Then, we're all going to head to a place called Trost."

"What's in Trost?"

"Titans."

"Sounds good to me. Allies are what your going to need if you ever go to war with Xing." Ronny crosses his arms.

I nod. "Exactly. So we better start getting people on our side now." Soul glares at me. "What're Titans?"

"That's what we're gonna find out."

Ronny gives an evil grin. "This is gonna be so much fun"

I nod. "Hell yeah it is."

Soul leans against the wall. "So when do we head out to Trost?"

"A week from now."

"So, how are you planning go make peace with Drachma? We still have a group of people inside the system that are with Drachma. I found out that the group Jack was in that was sent out to battle was meant to be destroyed."

I sigh. "Why am I not surprised.." I rub the back of my neck. "I'll just have to make a compromise of some kind with the leader of Drachma. I'll have to schedule a meeting."

"I'll do it." Soul says. "I give him a call tomorrow morning."

"We're in business now. Anything I can do?"

I smirk. "You're strong, and you seem to know more about Drachma then I do. So if you're up for it, i'd like to hire you as my body guard and my intel guy."

"Alright cool." Ronny smirks and puts his hands behind his head. "I like this job Soul, I think we're gonna do fine here."

She smiles. "Yeah, I think so too."

I smile. 'Everything's coming together..' "If you'll excuse me, I have to make a call." I open the office door and step out. I look down and see you sitting in the hallway. "Hey, what're you doing out here..?"

I frown and stay silent for a few moments. "Nothing, just... nothing." I stand up and shove my hands in my packets.

I frown. "Things are gonna get better soon.. I promise."

"That's what they've told me ever sense Zoe died." I mutter then leave.

"Well.. It's true. Yeah things are really shitty a lot of the time but the good times will better because of it. Things are getting better..it's just taking a while." I frown and walk the opposite direction.

i shake my head "I've waited seven fucking years for things to get better."

"You have to be patient.." I sigh and pull out my cell and punch in a few numbers. It rings and someone picks up.

"Edward, tell everyone we're good to go. Put the plans in action and get the ball rolling."

"Great. I'll get on it."

"So what's happening?" Ronny asks.

I walk over to the train station and get a ticket. Then I get on a train.

"When i first started to have meetings with the guys, we set up plans that we would put into action if things went well. Ed and Al are going back to Liore and are going to convince everyone that the military isn't bad and recruit a few alchemists. L and Near are going to set up an alternate headquarters for us just in case something happens here. They're also working on some gadgets for everyone."
