Prep session

"Ha, new record." Ronny throws the ball up in the air again and catches it.

I pet Sage on the head and fall asleep.

"W-where the hell have you been!?" She yells.

"Calm down, will ya? You're being so uncool right now." Her anger rises. "You're one to talk!" She balls up her fists. "Sorry.." He mutters. She rolls her eyes and storms off. She goes back to her room and slams her door shut and goes to bed.

"What's got you mad?" Ronny asks tossing the ball up into the air again.

"I just ran into my brother." She says into her pillow.

"Ew."

She smiles a little. "I wanted to punch him so badly."

Ronny stands up and sits down next to her. "You want me to beat him up for you?" He smiles.

She rolls over and laughs. "Yes, please."

"Okay." He stands up and walks towards the door.

She grins and sits up. "No, no. Don't really do it. It's not worth it."

"I'm glad you stopped me because i don't want to beat your brother up just for LOLs." He sits back down next to her.

She smiles. "We'd be the only ones laughing anyway." She hug him quickly. "Thanks though."

He smiles "you're right" then he kisses her on the forehead and stands up. "Goodnight." He walks out of her room and into his.

"Goodnight." She smiles and goes to sleep.

Ronny flops down onto his bed and Alikai hops on his head. "Wat?" He groans. "Just thought you might like to hear want the president of Drachma is up to." Alikai grins. "Go on..." Ronny says sitting up. They talk for a few minutes then the go to sleep.

The next morning Soul bangs on my door and I roll over and look at the clock. "8..am.." I mumble. "Come back in like 4 hours.." I groan.

"Nope! We have to prep you for your meeting! Get up!"

I just reply in a groan.

"I brought breakfast."

I pause for a moment then open the door.

"You should have started with that." I smile.

Ronny walks though a black portal that appears in your room. "Ladies." He smiles, then he snaps his fingers and the portals disappear. "I have some very important news..."

We both smile. "Let's hear it," I say taking a sip of my orange juice.

"Well, last night at 3:30 am I was informed that Drachma is planning on using nuclear warfare to take this country over. So let's hope your meeting goes well today because if it doesn't. All of us will most likely die. No pressure though."

I blink a few times and let everything sink it. "Well shit..." I straighten up and glance at Soul. "I'm really going to need this prep session then."

Ronny can't help but laugh. "You'll do fine." He gives you a warm smile then takes a cup of apple juice off of the tray.

Soul pats me on the shoulder and attempts to give a comforting smile. "Yeah, just don't over think it, okay? Everything will work out."

I take a deep breathe. "Right..everything will be fine."

Ronny chuckles "heh... yeah. But if you need back up I'll be there to help you out. The main thing is that you shouldn't get yourself worked out over it. Is there anything I can get you?"

I shake my head. "No, thank you."

"And me too. We won't let anything get out of hand." She smiles. "Besides, you're a good negotiator right? You'll be fine."

'If yelling and hitting people is negotiating then yeah..' I sigh and half smile. "Right. As long as you guys are there, I know things will be fine."

"We'll be in the shadows the whole time. Literally."

I nod. "Alright." I take another deep breathe. "I got this." I stand up and stretch. "Is there anything else I should know before I go in there?"

"Don't do anything stupid."

"Right. That I gotta be careful with." I rub the back of my neck and laugh a little.

"Are you guys ready?"

I stand up and straighten my blazer. "Ready as i'll ever be." Soul stands next to me with a clipboard. "Let's go, we don't want to be late."

"To Drachma." Ronny grins. He snaps his fingers and the black portal appears. "Ladies first."

Soul smiles and jumps into it and I follow after her.

We appear outside of Drachma. "Okay, I'll drop you two off here and I'll be in the meeting room. Good luck"

I nod. "Thanks." Soul and I go inside the building and check in. Security leads us to the conference room. "President Hughes is waiting inside." I nod. "Thank you." Soul glances at me. "Relax. You can do this." I nod and open the door.
