Graynard's POV

Alexis left me after I freed her hands from my gripping. She'd gone for hours but I was still outside of their house hoping for her to come back. But she didn't. I couldn't understand her. There were times that she was so sweet and fun to be with, other times she was like an obnoxious bitch. I didn't know why she was like that. Was she suffering from a mental illness or what? Well, I found it cute though. She was totally different from the girls I hooked up with. She was unique in her own little way. She was Alexis Woodley and she was making me crazy.

Well, a while ago she did make me crazy, crazy to see her in her robe.
She was damned hot. I wanted to tear that robe down by the time she came near me. But I didn't. For sure, she would turn into a beast if I did that. A wild beast. And I didn't want it to happen. Yeah, I could feel the desire and need in her kiss but I also saw in her eyes that she didn't trust me still. Her body was flaming of desire but her mind was full of thoughts and confusions especially when her mother called me.

I sighed deeply as I remembered Elizabeth. If she had not called, Alexis wouldn't have dumped me. Maybe, I was still wrapping my arms around her tiny waist. Maybe, I was still pressing my lips on her. That bitch interrupted my moment with her daughter. She always wanted to know what was going on between me and Alexis. She was more of paparazzi. She wanted to know where the hell was we, what did we do, what sort of things we'd been doing. It was like a hell for me. Was this some kind of compilation for a project? A journal? Or a crap? I could have cursed her for making my life horrible.

I liked Alexis not because of Elizabeth but because she was hot, mysterious, and a virgin. The idea of her having those qualities made me crazy. She was like..uuhhh. Everything. Sometimes, I wondered whether it was love I had felt for her or was some kind of thirst that I also felt for other girls before. No, hell no. It was not only lust. It was not loved either. The thing was I'd never had sex with someone I loved before. Never. Because I never felt to be in love before even with Bella.

My grip on the wheel tightened as that girl appeared in my head. She was out of my life now but she was one of Elizabeth's prospect and a threat for me. I never liked to be controlled or dominated by someone. Even my dad couldn't do that to me but with Elizabeth, it had been changed. She was trying to manipulate me because she had something that I needed the most.

"Why her? She wasn't even part of my life now. We're done!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. How the hell did Elizabeth know about that girl? Was she doing research of my past?

"Granard. I just don't want that girl to be an obstacle to my plan." Elizabeth replied.

"That is bullshit! Bella doesn't even know you! I don't even know where the hell she is now. As I've said, we are done and I don't care about her anymore!" I fired back with flames in my eyes.

"You don't really have an idea, do you?"

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"She's five months pregnant and you are the father of her child."

Blood drained from my face as Elizabeth said it. I was speechless. I didn't even know how to react. Was this some kind of a joke? Or what I heard from her was not true. Maybe I was just imagining things.

"Speechless?" "Well, darling I'm not bad as you think I am. I am doing this for your sake..."

"Fuck that bullshit plan of yours! If there's anything I could do now, that is to fuck your bitch daughter. Do you hear that?! You want me to marry her, right? Well, I'm gonna give it to you." I couldn't control my temper anymore. My whole body was burning with anger. But Elizabeth remained calm despite the bad things I had spoken to her.

"Graynard, you'll get what you want. You will get the 10 million dollars your mother has left you if you get rid of that girl and marry my daughter Alexis!"

"You are a selfish bitch Elizabeth! Are you telling me to kill her?" I yelled.

"No! I am not a criminal Graynard. Just get rid of her in this place. Make her go to another country. I tell you if you can do that half of the money you will receive and another half if you marry Alexis."

I looked at her maliciously. " seriously? Are you really that desperate?" If looks could kill, she may have been dead for now. And why did I have to look for Bella and get rid of her? She didn't even know where I was. I was pretty sure she was not living in this place anymore.

"I'm sorry I cannot tell you everything for now. You wouldn't understand."

"You're right. This conversation was over." I walked out of the room banging the door. I didn't care if she was surprised when I did that.

I was back to reality when someone knocked on the window of my car. I opened it when I recognized the person. It was Lisa.

"Graynard, what are you doing here?" She couldn't hide the surprise on her face.

"Hi, Lisa." I smiled at her. "Ahmm. I was just checking on Alexis if she's already home."

She raised her left brow. "That's weird! Are you stalking my friend?"

I laughed at her response. "Of course not. I am just concerned."

"You have feelings for her. Right? I knew it." She giggled.

What the hell! Did she have any idea of what was going on between me and Alexis? Why was she talking like this?

"Hey! Why can't you say anything huh? Are you planning to hide it and never tell her for the rest of your life?"

"Ahem... Lisa.." This woman is impossible.

" You know what Graynard, Alexis has never had a boyfriend. You might be the lucky one, if ever. You know."

"Yeah. I have feelings for her."

My answer made her shout as if she was the girl I was telling my feelings for.

"Yes, I knew it. I knew!" I was amazed by her reaction. I wished I could also see Alexis that happy. I've never seen her like that.

"Why don't you get inside? For sure, they're already awake. " She said making me check on my watch. It was already 6:30 in the morning. Woah! I'd never noticed the time.

"It's fine. I also have to go. I just really wanna check on her. But I guess, she's fine."

"Are you sure? You can come inside and have some coffee. You know, the reason I came here is to have breakfast with them. Haha."

"No. No. It's fine. I really have to go now. Anyway, we will still be seeing each other at school. Remember?"

"Yeah right. By the way, I am happy to know that you like my best friend. Good luck." She smiled.

"Thanks.." I smiled back at her.

"Wait. One more thing. I'm sorry about what happened between you and Glenn."

"Why do you have to say sorry? You're not part of it."

"Because I'm his girlfriend and I love him.

"What a kind girlfriend! Glenn must be so lucky."

"Thanks. That's love."

"Cool. But Lisa, whatever it is between me and Glenn, it's ours to solve. I understand your relationship with him but it is not your responsibility to fix his problem.

"I know that but I am just trying to help."

"Well, good luck with that."
