Aliah's eyes fluttered open. The first thing she saw was a black shirt. She slightly moved her head trying to see where she was. She saw Draco's head lent against the wall and that he had her buried in his jacket. Aliah tried to move and not wake Draco but there was no use, his grip around her waist and shoulders was too tight.
"He loves you," a voice spoke softly, "he's scared he is going to lose you,"
"He won't if he stops pushing me away," Aliah turned her body to rest on her back and saw Luna sitting a few meters down against the wall.
"He is only trying to protect you,"
"He can't always protect me,"
"I know, but he will try,"
"Don't leave me, please Aliah, don't leave me," Draco eyes were still closed and his grip tightened on Aliah. She sat up in his lap and placed his hand on his cheek. He moved towards the warmth.
"Draco I'm here," Aliah whispered.
"NO!" he screamed. Cold sweats formed on his forehead and his body trembled. Aliah cupped his face with both hands and kissed his deeply on the mouth. The kiss lasted for a few seconds before she felt Draco's body relax. She pulled away and saw grey eyes stare into hers.
"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have bagged your house, and your not stupid I am," Draco said
"You need to understand Draco that I'm not used to people protecting me. For the majority of my life I've had to stand by myself and protect others. You're the first person who has always protected me through and through,"
"I love you," Draco brushed his lips against her lips
"I love you, but we are two different people Draco," Aliah pushed him back
"Are you breaking up with me?" Draco's voiced cracked and the look in his eyes were something Aliah has never seen before
"I-I don't know. We can't keep doing this Draco. We fight, we run and we hide,"
"Stay please," Draco wrapped his arms around her and buried his head in the crook of her neck, "please,"
"Draco-"
"No. I am a selfish person and I'm not letting you go! I'll do whatever you want, no more running, no more hiding, anything!"
"Go back to your parents," Aliah breathed. Draco lifted his head
"Except that. I am not leaving you,"
"You can't protect me forever,"
"I can and will,"
"Didn't we already have this argument?"
"I won," Draco's mouth turned to the famous Malfoy smirk. Aliah felt her heart flutter. Damn you and your bloody smirk.
"I hate you," Aliah snickered
"You love me," Draco pressed his lips to her neck. "When this is over, you are mine. I will mark you everywhere so everyone knows you are mine,"
"Sounds good to me," Aliah moaned
"UGH! Too much information guys, there are other people down here!" Luna whined. Aliah threw her head back and laughed. Draco detached his lips from her neck and grinned.
"I love your smile," Draco whispered
"I need to learn how to let people take care of me. I'm sorry Draco,"
"Don't you ever apologise to me again about who you are Aliah,"
"Isn't there anything about me you would change?"
"No. Well, maybe one thing," Draco smiled wickedly and kissed her lips, down her jaw and back to his favourite place, her neck.
"And that would be?"
"Your last name, I want it to be Malfoy," Draco pulled back and slipped the ring back onto her finger.
------
Aliah remained in Draco's lap but with her back to his chest. Time passed but neither of them knew how long. They didn't care either. Draco rested his chin on her shoulder and traced patters on her palms that laid on top of her knees.
"Draco?"
"Yes beautiful?" Draco kissed her shoulder
"Where are we going to get married?"
"You want to talk about it now?"
"I need something to distract me and talking about our wedding will give me something to look forward too,"
"Well I know you'll be dressed in white, you will hold onto your Father's arm as he takes you down the aisle and he and will place your hand," Draco grazed his hand over Aliah's and kissed her neck before continuing, " in mine," Draco entwined his fingers with hers.
"What else?"
"Well we will say our vows then our kiss will be something like this," Draco grabbed Aliah's chin and kissed her passionately. The kiss became heated but realisation hit Aliah that she was in the cellar with other people. She pulled back and giggled softly.
"I like that,"
"At the reception we will dance the night away, just you and I," Draco wrapped his arms around her stomach
"I have to dance with my Father Draco, and I'm sure your Mother will want to dance with you,"
"Fine," Draco grunted, "one dance then your all mine,"
"Perfect,"
"Then after that," Draco smirked
"There's more?" Aliah smiled wickedly, she knew what he was suggesting. Draco leaned into her ear and licked her earlobe and spoke in a soft, husky voice that caused shivers down her spine.
"Personally it will be my favourite part of the night, besides your name legally changed, and do things that our parents do not need to know,"
"And what exactly do you have in mind Mr Malfoy?" Aliah kissed his jaw
"I'll carry you to our new house and into the bedroom. I'll lay you on the bed and have one final look of how beautiful you will look in your white dress,"
"Then what?"
"Then Miss Snape or soon to be Mrs Malfoy," Draco moved his hands to her inner thighs, "I'll debate whether to rip that gown off you or to carefully slide it off you but not before I have some fun in making you squirm in the way I know how,"
"Cocky are we?" Aliah heard the vibration of the stifled moan from Draco's throat that touching the back of her neck
"Very. When I've had my fun and the dress is removed, I will have you screaming my name until dawn and we will have to cancel the next day because you'll be too sore to walk,"
"So you'll think you can keep going all night then?"
"Oh I know I can, it's you that I'll be worried about,"
"Well that depends on who's on top," Aliah snickered and heard another growl
'You'll be the death of me witch,"
"That's the plan," Aliah smiled before kissing him again.
