"You said, Amaimon... As in, the Demon King of Earth?" Yukio's eyes widen and I can tell that he's worried.
I probably shouldn't tell him about Rin's fight with him... He'll just get mad.
"Yeah, unless you know another demon that's also called The King of Earth." I say.
"I wish I did... At this point, a lot of things would better than having him as a problem. But despite the worsening of the events to come, we'll just have to sit and wait or prepare if we can."
"I see."
Yukio sighs. His once serious face has a now more relaxed look.
"Since we can't do anything about that right now, we should just go to our classrooms." He says. "Want me to take you to yours? I don't have a class this period so I'm free."
"Sure, I don't mind." I say, stuffing my hands into my pockets. "I have the physical training class next."
Yukio takes out a silver key with a tiny gold snake attachment on it and walks to a nearby door, putting it inside the keyhole.
"Come on."
I follow him as he walks through the door. When we exit, we're in a different hallway and I can see my next class not far away. Yukio's a bit ahead of me so he reaches the door and opens it for me.
"Thanks, Yukio." As I'm about to enter my class, I stop. "Um...my class is empty... What time is it?"
"It is?" Yukio literally stops to look inside the classroom. He looks down at his watch. "Oh, it's 2:45... It's lunch time..."
Huh? What time was it when me and Rin came back? And how long did we spend talking?
"Oh, ok then." I say.
"Well, I guess you could go with me to the old dormitory. Rin's most likely there and he'd probably wanna see you anyway."
"Uh, ok, sure."
Was there a double meaning to that, Yukio?
Yukio leads the way to the old dormitory he spoke of. It doesn't take very long to get there.
Why do Rin and Yukio stay here? It looks kinda...well, different compared to the rest of the school.
We approach a door. From behind it, I can smell the aroma of delicious food. Once we enter, I see Rin turn around with a huge smile on his face.
