I know you must be fed up of this and must be thinking that I'm lying and making it all up. But I'm not. And this sadly is a side of me you'll witness a lot.

You don't have to apologise at all. I understand what you're going through and I know that your phobia has side effects that may not necessarily involve the fear of going out.

How can you be so kind?

Lol. Must be my mom's awesome training and devotion towards me. She and my nanny made real sure that I never went out of hand.

What is your mom like? Can I get to know more about your family?

I think it's a bit too early, but I don't mind.

So, they're both doctors and that's how I'm very rich. My mom has a bubbly, cute nature and absolutely nothing saddens her more than the death of a patient.

My dad has this stern nature but he's a fun and cool guy to hang out with. And if you mention the word fishing in front of him, he'll rush to get his fishing gear. He even loves to read classic novels.

They're my life. And leaving them for this trip was painful.

For a history trip. I'm majoring in history so they decided to send us on this trip to discover the history of Paris.

Why not a historical site or area?

Beats me. I think our good ol' guide has a lover here in Paris. Lol.

I guess I did. Idk much about them. They tried to distance themselves from me. They said that their reputation was ruined whenever I went out.

I mean I know that my mom loved to cook a lot and wear makeup all the time. And my dad. He was the sports loving father and whenever he was not working, he would be watching a sports channel.

They seem like the typical parents, but god. I cannot believe that they abandoned you like that. That's so inhuman and cruel and wrong.

I have been caught by my school principal many times for various acts of mischievousness, but not once did my mother abandon me. I know the example doesn't fit here, but you get what I mean.

Well, like you said, people change. And I guess that they changed for the good.

Good? What good, huh? There's no bloody 'good' in leaving your own child to fend for herself.

They don't have to deal with a crazy daughter who has agoraphobia. That's a plus for them. And they can live their lives freely as well. That's the good in it.
