My god, what's happened to him? He looks. . . terrible.

Marcus asked him what's wrong and Antonio simply shrugged and opened the door again. Francis glanced up at him and smiled.

"Antonio?"

"Yes," he replied, coming near him. "So I finally meet the famous Francis Wright. Ms Leroy would love to see this moment," he sighed. "Tragically, she can't."

"Who knows? One day she might," he gave an optimistic reply as Antonio walked towards a seat next to the bed. "I feel like the day will end soon when we have so much to talk about."

"I believe that our conversations will revolve around Jacqueline, no? Since you like her."

He's got nothing to do with me anyways. It's Ms Leroy that he's interested in.

He shook his head. "Not entirely. I mean, yes, I confessed that I love her, no matter that it's too early, but that does not mean that I'll leave you out, you know. Jacqueline's friend is as important to me as she herself."

Antonio smiled. "Thanks. So, where do we start, huh? Because I sure as hell bloody feel like a girl reuniting with her long lost best friend."

"I'm sure you must have had a best friend with whom you talked like a girl who has reunited with her long lost best friend? I sure did."

Antonio said in a despondent tone, "I did. But he died at the age of 40 as he had cancer. But that's in the past and I'd rather not dwell on it."

Mathieus Waters was the only real friend that he had, and his death had really saddened him even when he knew that he didn't have much long. No one knew it as such and he never revealed it to anyone.

"Oh, I'm really sorry," he said and then decided to change the topic, "So tell me something about yourself. I believe that I haven't been properly acquainted with you."

Interesting.

"Well, where do I start? Ms Leroy tells me that I have an interesting story." He joked, remembering the times she had said that to him.

To him, his past was ordinary like any other person out there. But yes, there were some interesting things present.

"Hm, I'd like to hear about those interesting things."

Then just like that, Antonio started telling about his past and things about himself and both him and Francis and then later, Marcus, spent a few hours basking in each others company. All of them talked about themselves and told each other momentous stories. Antonio enjoyed and loved that time thoroughly and he hoped to relive it again.

However, just before going, Francis stopped him.

"Yes?"

Francis looked hesitant, but he still said, "Before leaving, I want to. . . I want to meet Jacqueline. I'll ask for crutches or a, or a wheelchair, but I still want to meet her," he paused and then asked, "Will that be alright?"

Antonio smiled. "Sure. We'll talk about this later, yeah?"

"Thanks a lot," Francis sighed in relief. "I want to make that day special for her even if it's at home."

"Anything for Ms Leroy's happiness," Antonio said and then walked out of the room and then out of the hospital.

Hm, he is the guy that he's potrayed himself as. They'll end up beautifully together.
