Julian's POV
How could I get over the fact that she is sitting on my lap and staring at me with those gorgeous brown eyes. They were big and glimmered and they looked at me. I don't want to look away, I won't let the noise of an opening door interupt me from this eye contact.
"So this is the wonder girl?" Gregory's voice was hurting my ears.
I sighed. "Gregory!"
"Aren't you going to introduce me?" he smiled obviously entertained.
"Charlie, this is my cousin Gregory. Gregory, meet my girlfriend Charlie." he didn't hesitate to reach his hand. Which Charlie shook.
"It's great to finally meet you. If I hadn't seen you with my own two eyes I would have thought you didn't exist."
Blah, blah, blah God his voice was just too painful for my earbuds.
"No offense, you don't look like someone worth introducing." I did not expexct for Gregory to get on Charlie's bad side so quickly but who cares. I scoffed.
He was pissed, real pissed.
"I really hope you two are a real couple 'cause I will be watching you very carefully." he threatened. Having Kyle on my neck was bad enough but now Greg-Shrek too. Maybe I panicked a little. Or enough not to be able to say a word. Luckily, Charlie had it all under control. She looked at me with a sweet smile then looked at Greg. "Just make sure you don't get in our way." she winked at him which made him even more angrier.
Good girl.
"Let's go and check our room, babe." I lifted her like a bride. Gregory gave me a gaze but I winked at him and we left the kitchen.
I made sure to gesture her not to say a word unil we got inside the room. I put her down, unlocked the door and we got in. With quick moves I locked the door again and let out a sigh of relief.
"Who the hell is that?" she had a disgustin look on her face. With a smirk I hugged her. "What would I do without you?" I asked then lifted her and rolled her. She started laughing. "Burn to ashes." she smiled when I put her down. I smiled back. "You're listening way too much of Linkin Park." I nodded.
She gathered her lips. "True dat!" she took a gangster stand which looked horrible. "Don't do that, ever again." I shook my head. She couldn't help a grin.
"I have something for you." I grabbed my bag and pulled out the small red wallet. I took her hand and gave it to her. "I am very grateful but please don't do something like that anymore." I said with a serious face. She had the same. "You don't tell me what to do!" she shook her head. I sighed. "I know but just for this I want you to listen to me."
"I don't understand why you're.making such a big deal out of this. You would have done the same thing for me too." she gathered her eyebrows.
"True but I don't want you to do things like this for me." She started to get pissed but I didn't care. She had to understand I didn't need her help. Not hers and not anyones.
"So, you get to do stuff like these for me but I don't for you? Wow, doesn't that sound fair." she gave me a glare. She is so stuborn.
"Charlie, I don't want you too go through such lengths just to help me." I explained but she didn't accept it.
"Julian, shut up and don't tell me what to do!" her jaw tightened. If I had continued this conversation we would have ended up arguing so I let it be. I needed her in a good mood this weekend.
"Fine." I sighed. She took the wallet then put it in her bag. She took a look around the one bedded room and stared at me. "There is only one bed?!" she looked confused.
