Second Afterlife Chapter 13

--------Yuzu's POV--------

As the doctor was finishing taking the IV out of my arm, I heard someone scream. "YUZU! MY BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL!" I wasn't about to take this any more from dad. So instead, I punched him in the face. Then I noticed that my sister, Karin was standing in the doorway.

"Nice, Yuzu. When did you start doing that to dad?" she asked me. I could tell that she was very surprised.

I just smiled at her. "About a week after Ichigo left for the Soul Society. Dad started to do this to me a lot more. So I did what you and Ichigo always did." She smiled at me, very pleased.

"Well," she began. "Orihime and I came to take you and Dad home." Then I jumped up and then we were off.

--------Karin's POV--------

When we reached our house, I told everyone to sit down on the couch. "Now, I have something pretty big to tell you two. Just to let you know, Ichigo already knows about this." Now Dad and Yuzu were leaning in, very anxious to hear what I have to tell them.

To make them even more anxious, I didn't say anything for about two minutes. Then Dad started to bounce off of the walls. "Come on, Karin. Tell us what it is already."

I sighed, then told them the news. "I am getting married." Yuzu's jaw immediately dropped, and so did Dad's. Yuzu came up and hugged me much like Rangiku would. I am just so lucky that Yuzu doesn't have as big a chest as she does.

"Karin, you and Toshiro are getting married!" I nodded and began to cry. Then Yuzu just looked at me. "If Ichigo knows, how come he isn't going to kill Toshiro." I smiled.

"Toshiro had this idea where we wouldn't tell Ichigo who I was getting married to. At the wedding we would have Yoruichi, Urahara, Orihime, Byakuya, and Rangiku around him so if he freaks out, we can keep him under control." Yuzu was really excited to hear that we already had an idea for how we were going to tell Ichigo.

"Karin," Orihime started to say. "We need to make the invitations. For people, I was thinking we would just put your name. For the Soul Reapers, we would put Toshiro's name."

"That is a great idea, Orihime. That way no one will know that we are getting married until the wedding." Then we began to make the invitations.

--------Toshiro's POV-------

"Come on, Toshiro!" Yoruichi screamed at me as we were nearing the Senkimon that Urahara opened up.

"Can you at least tell me what we are doing going into the Soul Society?" I asked her. Sometimes I wish she wasn't to secretive.

"We are going to tell our friends of your engagement!" Yoruichi screamed in my ear. I then began to feel my ear. There was blood coming out of it.

"Yoruichi, you made my ear bleed! Stop screaming before you cause me to become deaf!" I know that she is excited, but she still needs to calm down. I really wish that instead Yoruichi, Rangiku was here. I would rather have her almost kill me from hugs.

When we finally reached the Soul Society, we stopped by the Thirteenth Division. When we got inside, Rukia was standing there fanning Captain Ukitake. When she spotted us she stopped and ran over to us.

"What are you guys doing here? Captain Hitsugaya, we weren't expecting you for another week. What are you here for?" Yoruichi pushed me forward, expecting for me to tell her right then.

"Well, Rukia, we came to tell you something." I began to say. Then Yoruichi nudged me forward. I know she was telling me to get on with already. "We came to tell that I am getting married." Her mouth instantly dropped.

"I...I...that is so exciting, Captain Hitsugaya. When is the wedding?" she asked me.

"July 17, at 3:00." I told her. Again, her jaw dropped.

"But...but...but that is only 20 days away." She was shocked. I nodded. Then her Captain began to wake up.

"What is going on, Kuchiki?" Captain Ukitake asked his subordinate.
