THIS IS MY LIFE

chapter 1

Today is Da'Shay first birthday and I'm taking her shopping to get some new clothes and shoes. She is a good baby and I love her so much. We walked around the mall and everyone was telling me how cute my child was and I wanted to tell them she my sister but Da'Shay will look at me and say "Mommy up" and I tryed so many times to tell her that I'm her sister not her mom, but hay she is one what can I do. Anyway when I was done with Shay, I had to get me some clothes for work so we walked into Victoria secret where I seen this cute pink and red number that would go good with my black heels, I love my job, okay most women wouldn't like this job but I did and I love the money. When I work my best friend Chris keeps Shay. Now Chris was there when no one wanted to help Shay and I but it's all good cause Chris came to stay with us and he went to school and work until I stated working at the club. Shay and I was done shopping so we went home. It didn't take us long to get home cause we stay 20min. away from the mall. It was 3:45pm when we got home Chris was there I hope he have something to eat cause I don't feel like cooking cause I have to get the house clean and get ready for work. We walked in the house and it was clean and smelt so good, omg I think Chris cooked, knowing that would be a first time thing cause he always told me he don't cook. Now let me tell you this Chris is so fucking fine now that's my best friend but I know he likes me but he's not going to tell me. Chris was sitting in the living room looking at TV Shay ran and jumped on his lap. She loves him so much and he loves her to.

"Hey birthday girl did you have fun?" He asked Shay.

"Pun mommy." She said looking at me.

"Yes baby girl fun." I told her and I walk up to my room only to have Chris follow behind me.

"Do you want to eat?" He asked hugging me.

"Yeah I'll be down." I told him walking into my bathroom to shower up. When I got out the tub I oiled my body and got dress, walked into my room and looked at my phone to see a message from my friend Lollipop aka Cheryl tell me that we have some big people coming into the club tonight, I didn't text back I just went down stairs to eat with my little family. We ate dinner and after we got done I gave Shay a bath and put her to bed. I got my bag from my room and took it to my car and walked in the kitchen to see Chris cleaning up.

"Chris you know your my best friend right?" I told him and just looked at me.

"Yes Kandi I know." He said putting the dishes in the dishwasher.

"I might be home late." I said.

"Yeah." He said and walked away from me. I look at my phone for the time and it was 7pm. I walked out the door without saying bye cause I know he mad but I have to make my money. Once I was in my car I backed out the driveway and made my way to the club.

When I got to the club it was 8pm and the parking lot was already pack. I got my bag and made way into the back door. The bodyguard Mike was at the door to make sure the girls make it to their cars okay. I walked into the club and was ready to work so I went and got dress.

"Yo Kandi your big money man here." Lollipop said laughing.

"Girl I ain't about to play with him tonight." I said laughing. Now big money is a 25 year old man that can't get enough of Kandi lol.

"Kandi can I see you in my office?" The boss Big Matt asked.

"Sure thing boss." I told him and walked behind him to his office. "What is Matt?" I asked once we got in his office.

"I need you and Lollipop to do the party tonight." He said.

"Sure thing boss." I told him and was about to walk out but he stopped me.
