From all the stories my Auntie Alex told me. She said that mommy was a difficult woman. That she wasn't always that way but a lot of people hurt her making her turn cold.

Even when I was a little baby Aunty would show me pictures of mommy so I would always remember what she looked like.

I remember Aunty telling me that my mommy left me with grandma. But grandma was to sick to take care of a little baby. Grandma was going to give me away but Aunty Alex wouldn't let that happen.

I always imagined the first time I would meet mommy she would shower me with hugs and kisses. And she would say how sorry she was for leaving me. But instead she said," Don't call me that you bastard."

" Don't talk to her like that." Yelled Keh.

While Mr. East looked at her like she was crazy. " Why did Kari just call you mommy." He asked.

Mommy gave no answer. Mr. East looked at mommy how Mrs. Nightingale looked at us when she was about to beat us.

" Why did Kari just call you mommy CHANEL." He yelled this time.

I started to cry. I can't believe my mommy really didn't want me. Aunty Alex lied to me.

" Okay, it's time to go KC. Dave it was really nice meeting you but we need to leave now." Said Keh.

We headed for the door. I turned around one last time to see if mommy would stop us from leaving out the door. But she didn't. She didn't even look my way.

She didn't even look my way
