"I'm the type of nigga that's gone always put you first. You want me to stay up with you? I got you. Go out? I got you. Hold your hands in front of these hoes? I got you. Be with me. Don't give up on me. And I'll put up with everything you throw at me. You don't like that bitch. Shit, fuck her, I don't like her either. Not ONE nigga is gone disrespect you as long as I'm around. Just know once you give me your heart, it's mine to keep."

The next day, I woke up and Kenya was nowhere to be found. I got up, went to the bathroom and took care of my hygiene. I grabbed my phone and saw that I had a message from my coach saying that practice and all classes were canceled due to the snow storm. And then I had saw the message that Kenya sent me. She said that she went to go and pick up us some stuff from Starbucks and that she'll be back in about 20 minutes, so she should be walking in any minute now. I was kind of nervous. When she told me that she loved me back, did she mean it? Was she just tired? I had so many thoughts racing threw my mind that I didn't realize Kenya walking into the apartment.

"Hey baby." Kenya said wrapping her arms around my waist.

"Hey pooh." I replied turning around. We walked into the kitchen and she gave me my muffin and my ice coffee.

"So I wanted to ask you something." She whispered sounding nervous.

"Go ahead." I replied.

"So last night, you told me that you loved me and I just wanted to know if you were serious?" She questioned me looking down and playing with her hands nervously.

"Hell yeah I meant everything I said last night. Kenya I do love you. I'm madly in love with ya little ass." I answered lifting up her head so that I could look into her eyes.

"Avian baby, I'm so in love with you. It's crazy. I never knew that I could feel this way about someone. I'm glad I went out that night, and I'm glad your clumsy ads ran into me." She said kissing my lips. I kissed her back and then replied "Me too baby me too."

And with that, I knew that it was time. The time couldn't be anymore perfect. I picked her up and carried her into the room.

"You ready?“ I asked her.

"Yes." She answered shivering. Damn I didn't even touch her yet and look what I was doing to her. Today is going to be a long day I thought to myself.
