It was her all this time??

I couldn't form words.. I was not able to speak as I thought of all these things.

He waited for me to speak.

"It is her.." I finally said slowly waiting for him to react...

"Who??"

"Her.."

"Christen?" He asked.

I somehow managed to nod.

He was lost in his thoughts for few moments.

His facial expressions changed.. His eyes turning impossibly blue..

Alden was back to his furious face. He looked scary..

I can understand though.. Like who would have thought that Christen would do such thing,.

She was one of my only two friends..

Christen doing this was just unbelievable...

Alden clenched his fists. I could feel anger radiating through him.

"We need to confirm that.." I said quickly..

"Confirm what?' He asked closing his eyes to calm himself.

But I knew he wasn't gonna be calm yet.. He had lost many deals because of that traitor who turned out to be his secretary..

My friend..

"That it is her only.." I said.

"How?" He asked.

"I will talk to David in a moment.. I will be right back.." I said squeezing his hand to comfort him to some extent..

That wasn't gonna work..

Of course I knew that.. But You can't blame me for being concerned about him.. I was worried..

But I needed to confirm that it is Christen..

"Your meeting?" I asked.

"That can wait.. Let's not tell her anything.."

I pressed my lips in a thin line and nodded. I walked out of the room to David's cabin.

I knocked on the door and I heard his "Yeah!?"

I opened the door and closed my eyes.

"I found the traitor.." I said sighing.

"You what?" He asked.

I opened my eyes to see him looking at me like I had grown another head.

"I found the traitor.. It's Christen.." I repeated myself.

He kept looking at me crazily..He got up from his chair.

"Are you sure??? Is that her????" He asked shockingly.

I nodded.
"I am 98% sure.. But we need to confirm it.. Alden is boiling with anger.." I said.

"Of course he is..!" He said more like to himself..

"This is crazy!" He said getting back to his laptop and typing something.
