Chapter 3 : The Newcomer

The windows come crashing down the shards of glass scratch and cut my face one by one the biters make their way into the gun shop. I sprint through the back door to see the building surrounded by biters. I turn back round to see stairs, I run up the stairs and I close the door at the top of the stairs, I place cabinets and chairs next to the door so the door is not as easy to get through. I search all around for another exit, but there are only windows to escape out of. I look out of all of the windows to see if there are any ledges I could stand on I go to the last window to see a pipe I climb out of the window and onto the pipe. As I balance myself on the pipe I hear a gunshot.

Bang

To my surprise, all the biters were being killed ten of them dropping at a time I look near the front to see four men stood at the front shooting the biters. I stand and wait for the biters to be cleared, but the guns have seemed to stop I look down to see no more biters, but I do see two of the men on the ground ripped to shreds. I look down at the two men that are left and they stare back up. They've seen me. I climb back through the window and rip down the barricades I go downstairs with my hands up. One of the men enters the shop he aims his gun at me and tells me to drop my weapons so I do I drop them and I'm left defenceless. The man puts a bag over my head and takes me outside, I try to break free, but the mans grasp is too strong he hits me over the head with a gun...

Two Hours Later

I wake up from being knocked out my head hurts really bad I open my eyes and I'm in some sort of warehouse. I sit up and look around I try to stand, but I'm too weak and tired I fall back down. As I start to sit up a man kicks me in the back and holds me down with his foot. He crushes my back and pushes his foot down even harder.

He shouts angrily "The girls awake!" As his loud voice pierces my ear I get dragged up by another man.

He turns me around and I see his face full of scars, cuts and bruises. He takes me to an office and sits me down I stare around to try and see where I am but all the walls are empty the man asks me a question.

"So are you apart of any group?

I tell him the answer, but he doesn't believe me, he draws his gun and aims it at me.

"Ok, start off with your name"

I tell him my name Lola Hopkins and then he tells me his.

"Hello, Lola I'm Alex... Alex Hudges"

Who is Alex and what does he want from Lola?

Where is Lola?

Will she be able to escape The Warehouse?

I know Alex didn't get that much time but he is the new main character next chapter you will find out a bit more about his life and the warehouse.
