After swimming I blow dry my hair and throw it in an extremely messy bun. I walk out of my school for the second time today and towards my truck. Thankfully this time, Gabe isn't there. I drive home quickly and grab my camera and tell my mom I love her. She tells me to eat dinner once I'm home but I won't. I need to get ready for the games. I want to win. I then leave my house and drive the ten minute drive to the skate park which was over ran tonight which didn't suprise me. It was a Friday night and the weather was perfect. I had my camera around my neck and walked towards the park to start getting pictures. Conner wasn't there yet but it was only 6:30. A few guys were hitting on me but I just ignored them and was taking pictures of this guy on a bike. He had a grey bike with all neon green parts. It was so pretty. He was a tall guy with a helmet on and a tank top which was stripped green and white, he was in cahki shorts and we almost matched it was funny. Once he was done doing tricks he came over and asked to see them.  "Dude! These are sick!!" Then I turn and see Conners small Jetta pull in and him taking his board out. I practially jump out of my socks. The guy with the grey and green bike was asking me for my facebook to get the pictures from later. I said my name and he nodded and walked away. Conner comes up to me and smiles. He says hello awkwardly and smiles down at the ground.

"Wanna go do something so I can take pictures?" I ask and he nods and just walks away nervously.

He goes and I get a few good pictures of him but when he was walking back I got another picture of him smiling just skating towards me. "That ones my favorite" I say to him as we go through them. His arm muscles showed so much and his hair was perfectly swept over his forehead.

"Cora?" I hear someone say behind me. Gabe.

I slowly turn around. "What do you want Gabe." I say to him calmly. "Baby, please come over I miss you. I need you." He stumbles near me  and then falls before my feet and vomits. I gasp and take a quick step backwards. "Cora, come here. Please." He cries. He is laying in his own vomit and even though its September and we've been broken up since April, I lift him up and pull him in my arms. He smells terrible and he cries on me. Conner comes to me and wraps his arm around Gabe and helps me walk him to my truck. "Are you sure you want to take him home Cora, I can take him? I don't want him to do anything stupid." Connner says pushing his swoopy blonde hair out of his face with his free hand. "You two act like I'm not right here." Gabe laughs and winks at me. I roll my eyes and open the passenger side door for him, hoping this drive goes better than the last. Conner helps him into the truck and buckles him up and shuts the door. "Good luck Cora, call me once your home?" I nod and I get into the drivers side to face druken Gabe.

"You like him don't you? That's why you don't love me anymore. You fucking whore. I knew you always wanted him not me." Gabe spits as we drive away from Conner who stands there watching us with a worry filled face.

"Shut up Gabe, your drunk."

"Shut up Gabe your drunk." He mocks and then laughs at me. "I knew you always wanted him. What is it about him? He's just a little bitch. Oh just like you!" He says and then stares at me. I'm driving to his house and ignoring everything he says.

He's quiet for the rest of the ride then, and once we are at his house he sighs.

"Bye." He says and slams the door, he then stomps towards the door in a crooked line on the sidewalk. I then drive home and once I get inside I am mentally and physically drained. The fact is the games start tomorrow for me. 1500 calories a day. How am I going to do this?
