Sa itaas ng isang di kalayuang building. Nakatutok si Chiu sa napakagandang veiw ng Maverick, habang dala dala niya ang bag na nilalagyan ng kanyang katana. Ang mga tao at sasakyan sa ibaba ay naging napakaliit dahil sa taas ng building na to.
Tinignan niya ng sandali ang kanyang relo at tapos ibinalik ang kanyang paningin sa lungsod ng Maverick. May hinihintay siyang isang kaibingan, pero parang natagalan yata.
Sa ilang minuto, lumabas si KC sa pintuan at lumapit kay Chiu. Tinanaw niya rin ang lungsod sa ilalim na naging napakaliit.
"Sorry, natagalan ako" Sabi ni KC.
"Traffic?"
"Ah, hindi. Hindi ako nakagising ng maaga"
"Did you do something last night?"
"Oo, nasa labas ako kagabi, kasama nila Rod at Oliver"
"Rod? Bat mo ipinalabas si Rod? Did you even know what happened to him?"
"Ah, eh may kailangan ako sa kanya. At kasama naman niya si Oliver papunta sa akin"
"Huh? Hindi ikaw ang pumunta sa kanya?"
"Basta"
"Tss... Ok, what is it that you want again?"
Tumingin uli si KC sa ilalim ng sandali, minasdan niya ang mga tao na naglalakad papunta sa kanilang destinasyon.
"We need your help, I want you to fight with us, in hopes of finding out the people behind the attack that happened in Axis" Sabi ni KC.
"You believe that it was orchestrated by a third party even though it was failure? I'm pretty sure it was just payback by the Daug Crew for ruining their Death Den"
"Could be, but why would they go after the Yggdrasil? And how the hell did they know? Dean said that Rod had a nullifier bracelet placed on him, they wouldn't have known that he had the weapon"
"So you're saying someone told them that Rod has the Yggdrasil?"
"Exactly"
After a few seconds, the two watched the scenery again. Chiu stared at the clouds as he thought of his decision, and let out a sigh.
"Sigh... fine, I'll join you, though only because I want to make sure you guys make the right decisions" He said.
"That's why we need your help" KC replied.
"Hmm. I'll be going now, I have to meet with Charls at school"
"Why so?"
"Task force business"
"You're one of them now?"
"Yeah. Ever since the loss of many members, the group wanted more stronger recruits"
"So they recruited you?"
"Yes, though this vigilante thing of ours will be kept in the dark, I won't speak any of it with the others, unless if they are a part of it"
"Thanks, let's all meet up here at six"
"Yeah sure"
After that Chiu left the placed and took a taxi towards Axis. Upon entering the gates, Charls Bantaya was already there to meet up with him.
"Good, your on time. Come, I have something to do for you" Sabi ni Charls.
Chiu followed him to a small house at the back of the Assembly Hall. It was the Disciplinary Task Force headquarters.
"Welcome to the HQ, it's a bit small but it's full of stuff. Here is where we meet up every five o clock after school and do some random things when we are not needed" Sabi ni Bantaya
