Chapter 6
"Okay, so there's a party tonight", Malik says as he finishes cleaning the corner of his mouth and throws his napkin on the table.
"Where at?", Louis asks as he grabs a fry.
"My house", he says as he looks around the table at all of us, even me.
"It's six o'çlock. Isn't it too late to prepare for a party?", Harry asks him unsure.
"Are you kidding me? We only need twenty minutes to get food and drinks. And that guy who's a DJ owns me. I got him the girl of his dreams to date him. All I need to do is make a call. Write a message and select everyone in my contacts, you guys do the same. And voila", he says as he pulls his phone out of his pocket.
We stare at him as he calls the DJ guy. We look around at each other but everyone shrugs as if thinking "Why not?". I watch as they pull out their phones and immediately start texting.
"Let your parents know you're going to a party Zabludovsky and that you're gonna stay up late", Malik says smirking and starts talking to someone on the phone.
I pull my own phone out and text my parents.
Hi mom and dad. I went shopping with Sophia and have had an amazing time. One of her friends is hosting a party and she's inviting me. So if it's okay with you, may I go? xx Blaise
"Alright, we got ourselves a DJ. Next to this mall there's a grocery store. Let's go get snacks", Malik says as he gets up.
"I sent all my contacts a text", Liam says getting up with everyone.
"Same", Harry and Louis said in unison.
"I'm done, too", Sophia says as she puts her phone away.
I feel my phone vibrate and look down.
Hi, sweetie! Your dad says that's fine and so do I. Have fun! PS: be careful, call if anything happens immediately xxx Mom and Dad
"And I'm good to go", Niall says giving everyone that cheesy smile that only Niall can manage.

"Zabludovsky?", Malik asks.
"Good to go?", I say more as a question.
He smirks at me and then everyone else.
"Fifteen minutes to buy snacks. Fifteen minutes to shower, dress nicely, whatever you gotta do if you want to change clothes. Set up real quick and then party. Let's do this", he says as he walks off with us following behind.
Am I going to regret this?
I'm gonna have to find out.

In ten minutes, not fifteen, we got the snacks and drinks. We all splitted up and individually got two different snacks in large quantities, met up at the cashier's station and paid. Once at Malik's house, feeling very skeptical, we set up everything and just when we were about done, the DJ arrived and started setting up his equipment.
