Chapter 7
He pulls her closer by pulling her from her hips. They turn as they continue to kiss, making Malik face me instead. They pull apart from each other but that doesn't stop the girl's lips from roaming his body still, since her lips are now attached to his neck. They stand there and I can't help but stare at his face. His eyes are close and there's a smile of pleasure plaster on his face, clearly enjoying what she's doing to him. His eyes open suddenly and his eyes start searching the place before they land on mine. I look away quickly with burning cheeks, embarrassed that he has caught me staring.
I walk away from my spot as I look around to find somewhere to go and hide. I walk into the game room, already fill with people surrounding the pool tables and other games.
"Blaise!", someone calls my name.
I turn around and find Sophia with Liam behind her. They both look concern.
"What's wrong? Why did you just walk off?", Sophia asks me as we walk side by side now to the back of the gameroom.
"Nothi-", I start before I'm interrupted.
"Hey! Nathan, bring me and this sexy girl some drinks", Malik says as he walks into the game room with the same girl from earlier.
She has her arm around his waist while his is around her shoulder. I look away as I sit down on a couch, Sophia and Liam joining me. They look at each other, shaking their heads at Malik.
"I seriously can't stand her", Sophia whispers to both of us as they walk over our way.
"I used to like her, you know for Zayn but after what happened, not anymore. I have no idea why he invited her", Liam says as they approach us.
"Take a sit Gigi", Malik says as he helps her sit down and joins her across from us.
I look around the room as there's a silence around us. I don't feel comfortable with her around especially when I can feel her eyes on us. I finally look over at them, Malik is looking down at his hand while Gigi's eyes move from Liam to Sophia to me.
"Well, Sophia and Liam, you know Gigi and Gigi you know them", Malik says as he kisses Gigi on the cheek all of a sudden ending the silence.
"Hey, how you doing?", Liam asks politely.
"Hi", Sophia simply says.
"Hi Liam and Soph!! So good to see you both. You guys are still together?! I thought Liam was definitely going to cheat ", Gigi responds laughing, flicking her hair back.
I can't help but cringe a little on the inside as I turn to look at Sophia and Liam looking at each other smiling awkwardly at her and each other. Sophia turns to me and makes a face that shows she's clearly upset at Gigi's comment.
"Well, you know some people look like they could cheat even when they wouldn't do that. While others who look innocent cheat on you and not only that- if you don't pay close attention somehow you find yourself missing $1,000. Strange how that happens. It's life I guess", I say as I give her a smile and wonder where did that come from.
Her smile falters and she turns to Malik with an annoyed look that's asking who am I. He also stares at me with an unwelcomed look. I turn to Sophia and Liam as they're biting their lips, trying not to laugh.
