I couldn't decide between two endings so I included them both. One is really angsty and one is less angsty.
Trigger warning: contains mentions of depression, self harm and suicide(I think). I'm sorry if I haven't portrayed these very well but I can only draw from my own experiences and everyone is different and if it offends you or upsets you in anyway or if you think I've portrayed it wrong please say to me I really don't want to upset anyone..

.Doctor Simon Glass sighed, looking up at Doctor Clef and scribbling a few notes down in his file.
"And this addiction to Altoids is... healthy?" Glass questioned, eyeing Clef's shotgun nervously.
"Of course it is. I have to have a tin a day to keep the SCP's away. Also cancer," Alto nodded.
Glass gulped nervously before continuing, "I'm fairly certain mints don't work like that. Please put the weapon down."
Clef looked around in confusion before his eyes rested on his gun, "Oh this thing? Why would I. It's harmless."
"Last time you threatened me and now you have a gun. Can you understand how I'm worried here," Glass rubbed the bridge of his nose however still didn't take his eyes off the gun.
"I didn't threaten you," Clef laughed, "Why would I do something like that?"
He was raising the gun now. Glass's heart was hammering in his chest as he followed Clef's movements until the gun was pointed at his head.
"Doctor Cle-"
He pulled the trigger, however instead of a bullet coming out a small amount of bird seeds trickled from the gun and Glass gasped in relief.
"You didn't think I'd really shoot you did I," Alto grinned at him," I'd rather shoot Bright right now."
Glass could barely form words at this point as Alto stood, proclaiming that the interview was over before offering Simon a mint. The psychologist could only shake his head and watch as Clef left the room, whistling to himself as he went.
Glass only had time to compose himself before the door swung open again and his heart rate rose for a different reason entirely.
Now many facility members knew about Doctor Glass's crush on Diogenes. What they didn't know was that Glass could also lie. What the didn't know was that Glass was head over heels for the young Doctor (L/N).
"That time of the month again already?," they questioned, poking their head in past the door.
"Ah, yes," Glass sat up straight, his blue eyes focusing on them as he gestured for them to come in with a warming smile. At least he hoped it was a warming smile.
"Doctor (Y/N) (L/N), please, take a seat."
They did so, positioning themselves in a relaxed stance on the chair as Glass flipped through his files to their notes before sighing, remembering where they left off last time.
"Doctor (L/N), I'm rather concerned about your current mental state," he said worriedly, eye brows furrowing slightly.
"Aren't we all," she muttered, leaning back in the chair with a small sigh, "You can't really expect me to be that sane working here."
