She was completely drenched, water droplets fell from her soaked dark hair and the harsh wind hit her face like a brick. However, she kept going. Her vision blurry and her hearing impaired. Her lips an angry red from repeatedly rubbing them with the back of her hands, each time rubbing harder in attempt to clean them as much as she can.

A couple of hours ago, her mascara and liner were perfectly fine, she received a numerous amount of compliments on how pretty it was, and she smiled shyly in return. Now, her eyes are blood shot red, the dark product that took almost 30 minutes to perfect is now completely ruined, lines of black run down the corner of her eyes and down to her cheeks.

She feels dirty.

The small amount of alcohol she agreed to drink with her friends made her loose her reasoning. A night that was supposed to be fun turned out to be her worst nightmare. All she wanted to do was to forget about reality, forget that she was alone, forget about the constant reminder that things would never be like they used to.

She just wanted to forget.

She had been wearing a mask for years. She'd lie to herself, and to everyone around her that she was fine, that she was actually happy. She was just fucking tired of faking, and she thought that one night wouldn't hurt. She didn't have anyone to scold her and tell her right from wrong, she thought it wouldn't hurt to let loose at such a young age.

She was wrong.

She ran and ran until she reached the edge of the Brooklyn bridge, she gripped the metal bar and tightened her grip on it. Her ripped clothes no longer held purpose whereas she still felt completely nude to the world. She felt the judging eyes from her surroundings yet she was utterly alone.

She cried and yelled at the top of lungs as she clung tighter onto the bridge. She wanted to get the disgusting feeling off of her. She thought that maybe if she jumped in the water, she would be clean once again.

She continued to cry and with shaky hands she dug out her phone and dialed the only person who had always been there for her. As she waited, apology after apology left her mouth like a mantra.

After the events of the previous night, Jimin returned to the Academy with a smile on his face. He decided on telling Yoongi the good news over lunch, and so they find themselves in Taehyung's café once again.

"I talked to Hoseok..." Yoongi's smile seems to falter at the news. Although he wanted Jimin back in his life so badly, he didn't want to intentionally hurt Hoseok. He felt partly at fault for ruining their relationship but he can't help the way his chest flutters at the meaning of those words. He lets a sad smile take place on his lips and intertwines his finger in between Jimin's giving him a light squeeze, encouraging him to continue.

"He was sad— We both cried, but I think it was for the best, don't you think?" Yoongi doesn't really want to answer, so he remains silent.

"We have a long history together but hopefully we can stay friends— I think it's kinda selfish of me to ask that of him but I really treasure him, and I— I feel terrible for hurting him after he took care of me after,— you know," Yoongi nods.

"He asked me to be happy— he told me to promise that I'd be happy and I did," Jimin smiles, "—I think it's time for me and you to be happy, don't you think?" At that, Yoongi brightens up and nods.

"He's a great person, I should thank him for being so good to you," Yoongi says, "I hope he finds someone who he can be truly happy with."

Jimin tells him that he will, because Hoseok is an angel and he deserves that and more.

Jungkook comes back with their smoothies, and some type of chicken wraps that Yoongi ordered. They thank him and start talking about Jimin's rehearsals.

"Do you think I'll get it hyung?"

"You were amazing Jimin , please have a little faith." He tells him, "If i was one of the directors, I would give you the piece for that ballet in a heart beat."

"That's only because you're biased hyung," Jimin blushes and stuffs a wrap in his mouth, munching slowly on the food, and taking a sip of his pineapple smoothie. He hears Yoongi's phone vibrate in his bag, and Yoongi sighs.

"Why does everyone decide to call when I'm eating?" he groans, and reaches inside his bag to ignore the call and goes back to eating his lunch.

They continue to talk and the phone rings yet again.

"Aren't you going to answer?" Jimin asks.

"Nope, if it's important, they will leave a voicemail and I'll call them back," he says. That answer is good enough for Jimin to dismiss it and go back to eating.

"You know, I never asked but how long are you planning on staying here? Are you going to go back?"

Yoongi seems to take a minute to think about it before he answers, "It was indefinitely, but I guess now I have a reason to come back home and actually stay," he holds Jimin's gaze with a smile. The way Jimin blushes and turns around to his food makes Yoongi laugh a bit.

"You're still so cheesy," Jimin pouts and he can't help but laugh at that because it's the truth.

His phone suddenly goes off again, and this time he can't ignore anymore. He digs the device out of his bag and slides his finger across the screen to answer without even checking the caller ID but before he can even talk, a muffled sob and an all too familiar voice speaks first.

"I'm—Oppa," she cries, "I miss you,"
