Jin groaned, his head aching like it was about to explode.
Every single part of his body was in pain. He felt like he couldn't move. It hurt everywhere.
He slowly opened his eyes.
"You're finally awake," a deep voice said. Jin frowned, his head spinning a little as he tried to focus on the pale boy beside him.
Suga was seating on some kind of a metallic chair, his arms bound to the back by a nasty looking chain. He had bruises on his face and he looked pissed off as heck.
And then Jin realized that Suga's position was the same as his.
He looked around and sure enough, he was also tied down on a chair and his hands were bound by the same chain. Jin recognized it because they had used it in several missions in their organization. These chains were strong as shit.
Aish.
Jin groaned as he felt something trickle beside his face. It was blood, he was sure of it.
Heck, he wondered what happened while he was unconscious. They probably beat him up or something. Suga himself looked terrible.
"Where do you think are we?" Jin said, his voice cracking and sounded rough.
Suga pursed his lips. "No idea. But I'm guessing this is one of the rooms past the large door. The room where Taehyung and Jungkook were kept was all blue, this room is all red. I think the rooms we found inside that large door are for the captives."
Jin nodded at this, not missing a beat.
He stared at the boy beside him. Suga had been through a lot, and this was barely anything to him. That was why Jin was quite puzzled when he saw the worry sketched on the boy's face.
"What are you thinking?" he asked curiously.
The younger boy only gave him a quick glance. "Nothing... It's just... I trust Hope but I can't help thinking that Jimin is not that safe without me there. We should get out of here as soon as we can."
Jin hid a smirk. He had never seen S like this before. Who knew that such a cold and grumpy person could be changed grandly just because of one boy with an exceptional eyesmile?
"By the way," Suga spoke again, now turning his head to properly look at Jin. Jin winced at the black spot on the right side of Suga's face that he had not seen before. "Why did you come back? You know that I can handle myself well. I would've been more comfortable knowing that there are two of you keeping Jimin safe."
This made the older boy sigh. He was expecting this question.
"Look, Suga, I know you're good and all, but do you realize that all of them here are high-ranked agents? I know that you know what I'm talking about. We all heard it. One of them is W, and I know that the other guy we encountered was T. I did a mission with him before. Such a horrible person."
Suga shook his head. "Still. Jimin is more important. You didn't have to-"
"Who knows how many other agents are involved in this. You're the S, but you're only one person. And besides...you have more chance on escaping if I'm with you..."
This made Suga frown. "No offense, Jin. I know how good you are and all, but what do you exactly mean by me having more chance to escape if you're here?"
Jin looked away. "If I play the cards right, I can get us out of here fast."
Suga's eyebrows went up at his words. He was about to open his mouth but his words were cut off by the door opening. Both agents snapped their heads towards the said door, not breathing as they await what would happen next.
