Chapter 4

India POV

I slipped on my Chanel slides and pushed the Gucci shades closer to my face before walking out.

I closed and locked my apartment door and walked down the hall .

I walked into the garage and strolled over to my jeep as I made a grocery list in my head .

As I opened my car I felt my phone vibrate . I placed my purse on the passenger seat and climbed in closing my door .

I looked at my phone and rolled my eyes .

Bryan 😈 : Hey umm I heard you back in town , lunch ?

I debated on answering and decided to say yes since I didn't have anything else to do .

Me : yea sure how about 1 ish , you pick a place .

Bryan 😈 : okay , I'll pick you up at 1 and you better be ready India 😒

Me : Yes father , I'll be ready by then 🤦🏽‍♀️

Bryan 😈: mhmmm ✌🏽

I left him on read and hooked up my phone to the aux .

I turned on the car and let the words of Future put me at ease .

The relationship Bryan and I had was real weird. I mean we wasn't together but we did things a couple did .

And to be honest I liked it . We could have sex today and I wouldn't have to call him tomorrow or have him blow up my phone .

We simply just liked to enjoy each other's company. We have regular smoke sessions where we get hi and just talk and we have sex here and there but other than that we just friends.

We both were just lonely you can say and needed someone to annoy . He keeps me smiling and he's a great listener so that's a plus .

A relationship is not on my mind right now , I have issues that need to be addressed and things that I have to work on .

So for right now I'm just chilling and focusing on me .
