Chapter 50

Kayla POV

"So how did this lunch go " I said blowing smoke out of my nose .

"It was alright I mean we discussed how the arrangements would be and we gonna have lunch again on Saturday" he explained as I passed him the blunt .

"What the hell Raheem, you know Roanna gonna be pissed with your ass" I shrugged .

"How can she be upset with me when I didn't even know I had a son " he asked.

"She might be a little upset but she gonna be really mad when you tell her or when she find out that you been going to see this child behind her back  without telling her " I said to him .

He looked back at me and shook his head .

"With everything going on I can't tell her now , she's still just mopping around " he said to me .

"Oh I forgot it was her moms death anniversary " I said softly.

"Yea and if I tell her this now , it's gonna be really bad so for now I rather just keep it to myself until the time is right to tell her " he explained.

"If that's what you want to do go for it but I did warn your ass " I shrugged .

Before he could answer his phone rang .

He took it out of his pocket and looked at it shocked.

"Loudspeaker" I mouthed.

He nodded and answered the phone putting it on loudspeaker .

"Hey Ashley, everything okay "

"Heyy umm I hate asking you but messiah has a high fever and I don't have any medicine and I don't wanna bring him out in the cold with me so I was wondering if you c-"

"It's fine Ash I'm on my way , text me the address " he said quickly.

"Okay thanks "

"Mommy I don't feel good " I heard a little voice say .

That must be the little boy huh .

"I'll be there soon Ash " he said hanging up.

He handed me the blunt as he got up .

"Where did you tell Roanna you'd be " I asked curiously.

"Roanna is at her dads and Rosa is at home probably spread out on the bed sleeping with Kaheem " he replied.

"I'll have to call her to make sure she's okay " I said picking up my phone .

"She probably won't answer, I'm picking her up tomorrow morning so you can come over " he said putting on his coat .

"Alright sounds cool " I nodded walking into the kitchen.

"Alright bye lil girl " he said ruffing my hair.

"Uughhhh Raheemmmm " I whined while fixing it .

He smirked and opened the door .

There stood Rosco with a mug on his face as usual and a Popeyes bag .

Raheem looked back at me to see if I would be alright and I nodded.

He winked and then walked out brushing past Rosco.

The two of them were tall as hell but Raheem was a little taller.

Rosco walked in closing the door behind him .

"What's up with Kaheem I ain't know he cut his hair " he shrugged putting the bag on the table.

"No that's his twin brother " I said taking chicken out the box .
