Chapter 7

Friday morning

Amilia POV

"Noo not those , because she's pregnant now she will most likely hate those " I said to Raheem referring to the flowers.

"Then what should I get then ugly " he said huffing.

"We could get some white roses they are not as strong as the red ones " I said nodding.

"How much , i don't want to over do it " he said nervously.

"Whatever amount you think is right is fine " I said smiling.

He nodded and walked to the cashier to talk to the the florists.

To see Raheem this exited to propose to my best friend really put a smile on my face .

And simply because I know that Roanna wanted her own little family made it even harder to tell her what was going on .

Throughout this week I've been helping Raheem plan his big proposal.

He's already got the blessing form Ronald and of course they had an lil argument over it .

I looked over to where he was standing and saw he ordered 5 dozen roses

I loved seeing how overly thrilled Raheem was to do all this .

I mean I knew Roanna wanted to get married before kids but since she's been pregnant she doesn't talk about marriage anymore.

Which is quite strange because she  used to talk about her dream wedding all the time

And I know once Raheem proposes she'll be over the moon .

But I on the other hand wasn't too hyped over marriage, I mean it was just a piece of paper saying that your partner was yours forever.

Before that stage you should know if you truly want to be with someone for the rest of your life .

If I got married I wouldn't want a huge wedding I just would want something small with all my family and friends .

"Okay I think I'm finished " Raheem said pushing me out my thoughts.

I looked down and saw him with multiple bags .

"I thought you don't pick up the flowers till tomorrow" I said walking with him to his G wagon .

"Well yea but these are just like some things to put around the house " he said smiling.

"Candle's and insents ?" I said looking in the bag .

"Yea she loves those , always burning candles " he said shaking his head .

" I wonder if I will have those weird smell cravings " I said thinking.

"Yea about that when is the baby day or whatever you women call it " he questioned while starting the car .

"You mean baby shower , well I think I want it next Sunday " I said texting Roanna to tell her .

"Oh alright that means I have to get the babies something, but what colours ?" he said looking over to me .

"Well , oh I forgot can't tell you " I said smirking at how he tried to get it out of me .

"Well it was worth a try " he huffed.

"Yea just wait " I said chuckling.

India POV

I walked up to his apartment door and knocked waiting for him to answer.

Before I could knock again the door swung up revealing him in just sweats that hung low on his waist.
