Chapter 59

Next day

Raheem POV

I laid across this bed thing Roanna had bought for the house outside and it was comfortable as hell .

Roanna had gone to see the wedding planner with Amilia and Rosa is with my mom .

To be honest I couldn't have a better woman than Ro , she's an amazing mother to our daughter which makes me love her even more .

My phone rang abruptly pushing me out of my thoughts.

I picked it up and saw that it was Messiah calling me .

I decided to get him a phone just incase he wanted to talk to me anytime .

I smiled as I answered but that quickly turned to a mug as I heard screaming in the background.

"Messiah " I called to him as I got up from the chair.

"Da-aa-ddd-yy" I heard him stutter softly into the phone .

I could hear him sniffing which meant he had been crying.

"Messiah what's going on " I said grabbing my keys and locking up the house .

"Mommy and Junior yelling, so I hide in the closet cuz Junior hit mommy and I tried to beat up Junior but he pushed me hard on the ground so I go hide " he explained quietly.

By now I was furious, just the thought of someone touching my child gets me mad and especially the mother of my child .

"Listen to me Messiah, I need you to stay in that closet and don't come out till I come okay lil man " I said calmly.

"Yes "

"Alright I'm on my way just keep quiet ok , I love you " I replied.

"Love you too dad " he said into the phone before it suddenly shut off .

I looked at it strangely and pressed gas over to Ashley's house which was about a 20 min drive but I was gonna make it there in 5 .

7 mins later

I turned the corner of her street in haste and pulled up infront of her house .

As I took off my seatbelt , I saw Ashley walk outside and quickly close the door .

I quickly jumped out of the car and walked over to her .

"Wassup you okay , where he at " I said quickly as she walked up to me .

I looked at her face and immediately got angry then I saw blood on her hands .

I shook my head and grabbed her hand and walked into the house .

I quickly went over to the closet where Messiah was hiding .

I opened the door and there he was shaking.

"Dad" he said looking up at me , he quickly jumped up and hugged me tightly.

"You alright " I said looking at his face .

"Yes I'm ok " he nodded.

"Alright you and your mom gonna stay with me so go get your bags and start to take out something's that you will need and I'll be up there to help you in a bit okay " I explained to him .

"Okay " he nodded. 

I watched as he walked up the stairs then I turned around to meet Ashley.

"He kept on hitting me " she said staring at the floor .

"Where is he " I said looking at her .
