Chapter 6

Ymir said her good byes as she went out from the Transportation Museum. We all waved our good bye as she went out from the gates. It is such a shame that she couldn't join us today. I can put on a bet that our pool party would be great! Did I mention it's because Levi is here? that's right! That is also because my best friend is here with me to join the party.

Since the pool isn't that far from here, we decided to just walk on our feets to get there. I think Levi and I likes to walk fast since Reiner and Bertolt are behind us. I asked Levi if we walk too fast but he said that we're actually walking fine, I kind of agree though. I think my foots are fine, right?

As minutes passed by, I turned around and realized that Reiner and Bertolt are out of sight. Shit! Did cops kidnap them? wait, there's so much going on with that one sentence.

"Levi," I call out. "they're not behind us,"

"maybe they took the shortcut," he shrugged.

"there's no fucking shortcut in this park, Levi!" I argued. "but, seriously, they're not there,"

"relax, Jaeger. they might take a rest and buy some drinks," Levi said.

He got the point though but I'm not sure if that's correct. Reiner and Bertolt had their bottles in their bags earlier, well, I don't know if they're already empty or not. Levi might be right, but there's this side of me that saying he is wrong.

"why aren't you panic when one of your friends aren't on your sights?" I asked.

"because I'm not clingy," he easily say.

"no shit," I said before looking forward again. "there's a bridge ahead,"

"so?" he turned to me. "you want me to throw you there?"

"nice try, Ackerman," I chuckled. "the bridge looks cool though,"

I turned to him when he looked to the bridge. He was looking at it like he had something in common with it. What am I kidding? Levi and I haven't been in Maria City for a long time, I even forgot how it looks like.

"it does," he said.

I smile widely. "do you want to take a picture with me? on that bridge? you know, together? side by side?"

He raised an eyebrow before our steps stopped. "and why would I do that? I don't want to take a picture with a monkey,"

"hey!" I playfully punch his arm. "I'm the sweetest human being on earth!"

"says the one who said Luke Hemmings is the sweetest human being on earth," I glared at him.

"I hate you so much, I can't even understand why am I stuck with you in the first place," I sighed.

He looked at me when I glared at him but my face hits something very hot that my cheeks had this kawaii pink shades on it, that's when I turn away from his gaze.

"you wear make up?" he asked.

"what?"

"you wear make up," not sounding like a question now.

I glared at him again. "I'm a fucking boy, Levi,"

"I didn't ask for you gender," he said. "you wear make up,"

"I'm. fucking. not," I groaned.

He chuckled. "yeah, whatever,"

I was right and didn't regret a single thing about what I had said earlier. You may might think what did I said to Levi on that day. It was obviously something that I didn't even regret it in the first place, not to mention that I'm glad about it. And this was what I said...

"I'm lucky though," I said with a smile as I start walking to the bridge.

"lucky of what?" he asked.

"I'm lucky," I smiled. "I'm lucky that I met you,"

I can feel Levi looking at me but I just shrugged it off as I ran to the bridge with a big smile on my face. I chuckled before turning around to Levi who's following but walking with hands in his pockets.

"come on, Levi!" I smiled with teeth showing. "take a damn picture with me!"

He chuckled before he stand in front of me. "make it double,"

"yes, sir!" I said as I pull my phone up and take two pictures of us standing on the bridge with couple of cars passing by.

But something caught my attention after that. Sure, Levi is the best guy I've met. Armin or Mikasa couldn't compare to him. We might argued for stupid things together, but that didn't effect any of us. But I kind of wonder. I wonder if he felt lucky too.

That's the question that I never known the answer, even until now when I lost his grip, his love.
