You get to the stage where the preformace was being held. You see your boss motioning you over to him. You walk over to him and quick nodded at him. He looks at you strangely, but did not say a word. Sorry I'm late. Some things came up. "That's fine, I figured that you was with Jeremiah. If I were you, I wouldn't look so flustered," he said while handing you a bottled water. You graciously accepted it and took a swig of water. "I know that you and Jeremiah were together. I saw the mark on his neck. Look, you don't have to explain it to me. I know you still care for him. I know he deeply cares for you. I want you to be happy. He also told me what happened between the two of you. I'd must admit, I wasn't to happy on what he did,but I do believe in giving second chances. I also told him if he ever hurts you again he will have to face my wrath," your boss said with a twinkle in his eye. You gave him a hard stare as you comprehend what he just said while listening to the crowd. "Look, y/n. I look as you as a daughter since I don't have any kids of my own. I wouldn't be pushing you two together if I didn't know that you two were meant to be together. I just don't want you to constantly push him away where he's gone out of your life forever. I hope you think about everything that I said," your boss said before walking away.

You looked out towards the crowd as you though of what your boss said. You knew deep down that he was right. At the rate that you were going, you were going to push Jeremiah away and never get him back. The question still remained, did you want to take him back. You were snapped out of your thoughts as you hear Jeremiah reving up the crowd. "ARE YA'LL HAVING A GOOD TIME TONIGHT???" You smiled as you saw how engaging he was with the crowd. He definitely can get the crowd involved. He defently got stage presence. I guess he knows what he was doing anyways. "So I got a song that I've been working on for the past few days.
