CHAPTER 11

ALLY'S POV.

After the interview we all went to a restaurant and ate and when we got back to the house you could tell the younger girls were dead tired so they went to bed and so did Mila since Avery didn't want to sleep alone and the rest of her friends were kinda being assholes. Me, Lauren, Dinah and Normani were on the couch watching Hannah Montana... don't judge. Dinah was still pissed at Avery so she pretty much ignored her the rest of the day and so did Avery's friends.Tthe only ones who would talk to her were me, Lauren, Camila and Normani. I decided to go check on the other girls to see if they were asleep or not. I walked up the stairs silently and looked into Madison's room. She was sound asleep curled up in a ball. I peeked into Riley and Kat's room and found them both asleep also. Kat was asleep on her stomach with her hands under her pillow and Riley was asleep sideways with her feet up on the wall and her hand hanging over the side of the bed. I giggled softly at Riley's position and closed the door silently heading over to Mila's room. I opened the door quietly and looked into the room to find Avery asleep on top of Mila with her head in the crook of her neck and Mila was awake and had her phone out and was playing on it.

"Hey Mila everything alright in here?" I asked

"Yeah, she fell asleep almost instantly and I'm not really tired so I guess I'll just play on my phone awhile" she said turning slightly to look at me.

"They were kinda being mean to her today" I said frowning

"Yeah I know, she didn't seem bothered by it though." Camila said stroking Avery's hair.

"I think she hides her emotion pretty well." I said sighing.

"That could be the case too." she said sighing too.

"I'm going to go check on Quinn, alright?" I said

"Yeah go ahead everything's fine in here" Camila said looking at her phone again.

I closed the door and headed over to the room Avery shares with Quinn. I opened the door and found Quinn laying down on the bed flat on her back starring up at the ceiling blankly. I could tell something was up so I walked over to the bed and sat down next to her.

"Hi Quinn" I said

"Hi Ally" she said blankly

"What's wrong?" I asked softly

"Nothing, I'm fine" she said turning away from me.

"Come on honey, you and I both know that's a lie" I said scooting closer

I heard her sigh and she turned over to face me.

"Today's the 8th anniversary" she said her eyes filling up with tears.

"The 8th anniversary of what, sweetie? " I asked lying down so we could be face to face.

"My f-family's d-d-death" she said sobbing

I froze. I couldn't think straight. I realized I didn't know any of their story's and that right now Quinn needed me. I pulled her into a tight hug and she continued to cry.

"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked softly

I felt her nodded and then start to tell me her story.

FLASHBACK

QUINN'S POV.

Me and my mommy, my daddy, and my little sister, Ellie, were going to church! Ellie's a year younger then me so she four! I'm 5! My mommy said I look more like her and Ellie looks like daddy!! I already knew that though! I have blue eyes and Ellie has brown! We were singing and my and Ellie were telling jokes!

"What's a animal that falls from the sky?" I asked Ellie

"I don't know Quinn" Ellie said her big brown eyes looking up at me.

"I reindeer!!" I said cracking up.

"I don't get it." Ellie said confused

Before I could explain it to her I heard my mommy scream and my daddy turn sharply and then I saw bright lights and the blackness. I woke up with machines hooked up to me and lots of beeping noises. I was confused. Where's Ellie and mommy and daddy? Then a tall man walked looking sad... I wonder why?

"Where's my mommy and daddy?" I asked curiously

"They are gone." He said sadly

"Where did they go? Did they take Ellie with them?" I asked confused

"They went to heaven sweetie, your parents and sister are dead." He said frowning sadly

I felt my world stop.

FLASHBACK OVER

ALLY'S POV.

"They all died and I survived! Ellie took most of the impact for me so I was the only surviver! When I was healthy again they sent me to an orphanage in California! Did you know I'm not even from California?!? I'm from New York! None of my other family members would take me in! None! Zip! Zero! They all hated me because I survived and my parents didn't!" Quinn sobbed

"Shhh... it's ok Quinn! Is that why you were being a bitch to Avery today?" I asked softly

She nodded against my chest

"Avery doesn't deserve us as friends! We always take our shit out on her and she doesn't deserve it! Her past is just as worse as ours maybe even worse! And we sometimes treat her like crap!" Quinn said sobbing harder

"Quinn, it's ok. Avery understands. I know she does." I said trying to calm her down.

"No it's not ok! Avery isn't ok! She bottles all her emotion up inside and doesn't let them out! She pretends everything is ok when it's not!! I hear her crying every night when we are being bitchy! It hurts to know I hurt her and she took it! She doesn't stand up for herself! She never has!" She said angrily

"Quinn, it's ok. Avery is fine! I checked on her she's perfect. I know she knows that you guys didn't mean it, ok? You can say sorry to her tomorrow." I said calming her down.

She nodded slightly and I held her until her breathing slowed and I knew she was asleep. I sat there and thought until I fell asleep too.

Sorry about that thing earlier I reuploaded it.

I didn't update yesterday because I was watching Harry Potter all day.

I seriously have a problem... I was watching it with a plastic Harry Potter wand and I was practicing my spells.

Have you guys read or seen Harry Potter? If so, what was your favorite book or Movie?

So it was a kinda serious chapter... I'm starting to tell you guys the girls back stories... I have the general idea for most of them...except one... It's Kat's... but the rest I think I know what's going to happen with.

Did you guys cry reading this?

I cried writing it.

I don't like it when my characters go though something like that even if I did make them up.

Until I update next! Which will be when ever I have time.
