The waitress giggled at everyone as she put the plates down in front of everybody. "You all seem to he enjoying yourselves. Glad to see that even the stubborn ones still have their inner kid," the waitress said cheerily. It made Goku have to hold back a chuckle when she referenced to Vegeta's, normally, stubborn attitude. Vegeta just rolled his eyes and looked at his plate.
"Anything else I can get you?" the waitress asked. Everyone shook their head so the waitress left.
Goku looked at his plate was surprised to see it actually looked like a dragon. Well, Shenron to be exact. Goku grabbed his chopsticks and grabbed a middle roll of the dragon and ate it. He hummed with satisfaction at the amazing flavor.
Goku looked at Bulma and she was enjoying her dish. Goku looked at Vegeta and Goku's best buddy just stared at his plate. "Are you not hungry?" Goku asked Vegeta. Vegeta ignored Goku and grabbed one of the rolls with his chopsticks and slowly put it in his mouth. He began to chew then Vegeta began to eat a bit quicker.
"Has he never eaten sushi before?" Goku asked Bulma. Bulma looked up from her spicy salmon roll and shook her head. "No. That is why I wanted to bring him here. It would be better for him to get out more anyways."
"You know I can hear you," Vegeta stared. Bulma and Goku looked at him but then continued their conversation.
"You trying to get back with him or something?" Goku asked. Bulma covered her mouth as she chuckled. "Oh god no. I am still his friend-"
"If you call what we have friendship," Vegeta mumbled through a mouthful of food. Bulma rolled his eyes and kept going. "I am just wanting what is best for him, since I am his friend. Staying in the house all day or training in the gravity chamber isn't the most healthiest thing in the world."
"Says you," Vegeta added his two cents in. Goku chuckled and found it adorable how Vegeta added his thoughts even though he should know that Bulma wouldn't care what he said.
"Well, how about I-"
"Will you two shut up already?" Vegeta growled. Bulma glared at him and Goku knew where this was going.
Oh no, here we go. Should I try to stop it? It has been at least a year since we had to use the dragon balls. Alright, I'll try to stop them.
"Hey Vegeta," Goku asked.
Vegeta turned away from Bulma and said, sounding very annoyed, "What?"
Goku tapped his chopsticks together at Vegeta's plate. "Can I try?" Vegeta looked at his plate then glared at Goku. Vegeta pushed his plate away and stuffed a roll in his face to prove a point.
"Aw come on, Vegeta! Sharing is caring!"
"And I don't care," Vegeta said after he swallowed his roll.
"Oh I know you do. Now let me try one," Goku said as he reached with his chopsticks. Vegeta grabbed Goku's hand and bent it back, causing Goku to wince a bit. Goku could easily make this is his favor- and not Vegeta's- but he was having fun. Plus, Vegeta was mad at him now, causing Bulma and Vegeta to forget about being angry with each other.
"Touch my food, these people are going to need a new roof." Vegeta let go of Goku and Goku just chuckled.
The rest of their meal was quiet. They ended up ordering desert, and this is when Goku basically ordered everything on the menu. Vegeta was tempted to do the same and Bulma drew the line at that point.
"You both have to share since I will order all the deserts but just one of each," she said.
It was a dumb idea because, to everyone outside of their group, it looked like they were fighting for something they hadn't seen in years. However, it was just more of their appetites. They basically halved everything and didn't really fight much over any of the dishes. Bulma paid when they were all done and the three walked out.
Bulma was about to throw out a Capsule for a car but she stopped and gasped. "We are going shopping!" she shouted as she pointed to a mall that was across the street.
"What? No!" Vegeta shouted angrily.
"Why not?" Bulma shouted back.
"Because, every time I go shopping with you, we spend far too much time looking at stuff you want then you force me to try on some ridiculous outfit!" Vegeta shouted in return.
Goku chuckled at the interesting outfits Bulma had Vegeta try.
If it is anything like when I saw him in that pink shirt, I can see why Vegeta doesn't like shopping.
"What about you, Goku? You want to go shopping?" Goku looked at Bulma and then rubbed the back of his head.
"Well, to be honest, I don't want to go but Chichi forces me to go whenever she wants. So we can go, if you are wanting," Goku said a bit nervous.
"You can't be serious Kakar-"
"Two against one, Vegeta. You loose. We are going shopping!"
Bulma began to head towards the mall and Goku followed after her. When he passed Vegeta, the Saiyan prince punched Goku in the side, and since Goku wasn't expecting it, Goku grabbed his side and groaned.
"Fair enough, Vegeta," was all Goku could say. Goku saw Vegeta follow after Bulma and Goku soon collected himself and ran after them.
"Wait for me, Vegeta!"
Smaller chapter I know. Hope you guys enjoyed it! Also, i know Goku and Vegeta don't fully act this way with one another, there is a reason to that. Anyways, hope you enjoyed. Also, I made the Saiyans eat like humans. I am a disgrace to Dragon Ball Z. Either way, lesson learned. T-Rex out!
