Eleanor Klinger, a great physicist, never thought her inventions would ever be used against her.  But here she was, being threatened by her abusive husband, weapons she had invented herself now pointed at her from every angle.  "Give me the tech, Eleanor," Seth, her husband said firmly.  "No, Seth!  I went to the future and saw the reprecussions!  Isn't the weapons you already have enough?  This tech is too dangerous!"  Eleanor retorted.  "If you already know I'm going to obtain the tech in the future, why are you resisting?"  Seth asked, standing his ground.  "I don't want that future to be accomplished easily because of me.  So, I've hidden them across the globe, protected greatly.  It will cost you more of your precious time, men and money for it." Eleanor said smugly.  "You betrayed me, Eleanor.  Guys, tear her apart."  Seth said, stepping away.

Eleanor closed her eyes.  The end was nigh, but she had done all she could to stop Seth.  Now, it was time for her to await her doom by ray gun firing squad.  She heard the loud blast of the ray guns, but felt no pain, no heat.  She opened her eyes, finding herself still alive.  In front of her stood a cloaked figure, wearing strange vibrating metal gloves seemingly making a wall out of air molecules, blocking the ray gun blast from Eleanor.  The figure turned to her.  "Mom, I got you," the figure, Eleanor's daughter, said.  Flexing her gloved fingers and pushing outward, the air molecules turned into a wave of pushing air molecules, throwing the men wielding the ray guns back.  Slipping off the gloves, Eleanor's daughter sprinted forward, sprinting towards one of the ray guns one of the men had dropped, picking it up and firing.  Many of the men in her line of shot instantly had the bindings between their atoms broken, turning them into a liquidy puddle.  However, some men not immediately shot did manage to recover, pulling out ray guns of their own.  It was then that Eleanor's daughter activated a force field around herself, causing the ray guns to bounce off, causing some accidental friendly fire.  As the force field wore off, Emma ran forward, dodging ray gun blasts.  She jumped up in the air, twirling herself a full three hundred sixty degrees while firing her ray gun repeatedly.  The result was several ray gun blasts in practically all directions, killing all the men except two.  She ran towards one, and before he could react, brought a swift uppercut to the jaw, knocking him out instantly.  The other man alive, however, the one who Eleanor's daughter stole the ray gun from, was aiming a traditional shotgun towards Eleanor.  Before Eleanor's daughter could do anything, he fired, burying a big chunk of metal in Eleanor.  "No!"  Eleanor's daughter yelled.  Filled with rage, Eleanor's daughter started repeatedly kicking the man in the balls, before ending the man with one ray gun blast.

Eleanor's daughter raced toward a dying Eleanor.  "No," Eleanor's daughter cried.  "Promise me one thing, Emma," Eleanor croaked out to Emma, her daughter.  "Find Ethan."  Eleanor took a shaky breath, and said her last words.  "I love you, Emma."
