Cry It All Out

A room of empty silence,
Darkness in every corner,
A day of light leaves no effect,
It stays that way for ever.

Alone with no one beside,
Sorrow in her face,
Willing to survive a night,
In this dreadful place.

Against the wall she leans,
Breathing low and quiet,
Sinking down into the floor,
Which instantly chained her to it.

A gush of agony travelled through,
Eyes stung with tears and pain,
Knees hugged tight against the chest,
She may have gone insane.

Tears trickle uncontrolled,
A sudden urge to shout,
Don't bottle it all up, it might not stop,
Just cry it all out.
