As you wonder,
Does it matter?
Watch as your fragile heart shatter.
As it lies,
Don't deny,
It is right before your eyes.A witless deed,
Only heed,
As he helpless heart does bleed.
Bute your tongue,
Words unsung,
As you witness it when wrung.A little rude,
Not as crude,
Watch as your heart is cut and hewed.
Bear the load,
As it slowed,
Torment to the heart it showed.Try for long,
Always wrong,
Hiding weakness, acting strong.
Yet the heart,
Broke apart,
Waits to refresh a new start.Wait for some,
Will it come?
Singing soft a bitter hum.
In your sight,
Is your plight,
As it loses strength and nightsAll this time,
'Twas sublime,
Glimpsing past the stealth of crime.
Save it not,
As it rots,
As it weeps having been caught.Nine of ten,
Chances then,
One is written by the pen.
Watch it run,
It is done,
The ones remaining are but none. This the end,
Is your friend,
Something none can comprehend.
It has been spoken,
The crimson betoken,
In your eyes, everything is broken.
