"Godammit, WAKE UP!!!"

"Eh?" My eyes flutter open and see my best friend standing above me.

"PRINCE KAI IS SICK!!!!!" My slow@ss brain takes a while to register that.

"WAIT... WHAT?!!!!!!" I practically scream in panic. I jump out of my bed and dash out of my room all the way to the door to Prince Kai's. Then I notice that I'm in my nightgown and I consider going back and changing my clothes but I quickly shake the thought away. Why am I worrying about clothes when the person I love is sick?! I open the door and look around wildly for Prince Kai. I see him on his bed sleeping and then my eyes land on a girl with long elegant black hair. She's really pretty and is wearing rich-looking clothes, but that's not what makes my eyes grow wide. What really makes my eyes grow wide...

is the fact that she's leaning towards him.

I keep on watching as she keeps on leaning forward and forward until her lips lock with his. My mouth flings open in response.

His eyes pop open and then widen in surprise. He pushes her off of him.

"Oh! You were awake? Or did my kiss wake you? Like in Sleeping Beauty?" She grins and the whole room looles like it got brighter.

"What did you do?! I already told you, I don't like you!" His usual small and quiet voice turns loud.

"But... we're meant for each other! We both look so beautiful and we both seem mean outside but in the inside we're really nice! We have so many things in common!" She smiles and brushes his chin with her well manicured finger nails. "So I'll pretend I'm a maid and be your maid. I'll kick out that other useless girl." Her eyes grow wicked.

"No. Stop. Leave her be!" Kai glares at her. (I think it's his first time actually glaring at someone.)

"What? You don't like it? Then can I just slip into the bed with you for tonight?" She coos in a gentle voice and slides her body against him. "I'm irresistible. You can't leave me alone." Her eyes are sharp.

"I can." Kai shoves her off him again. "This is inappropriate. Get off."

"So you admit that you want to be with me?" She smiles devilishly.

"No. The maid I have now... she's the girl I like." Kai blushes and his face grows back to its usual gentle look. She frowns and backs away from him.

"Well, no problem. You'll love me after I get rid of her."
