Kylie climbed onto the bike behind him after she had clipped the helmet into place. Wrapping her arms securely around his waist she felt sudden butterflies arupt in her.
Biting at her lip a thought came to her, "Do you think we can stop by where you dropped me off to stay with Mary? I kind a want a change my clothes. Wearing a dress that reaches my ankles and riding on a back is going to make my anxiety kill me."
Even know she couldn't see his face she knew he was smiling, "Anything you want I'll give you."
Kylie felt her cheeks warm quickly up letting her know she was blushing, "Alright prince charming," she smirked.
They were on the road after that heading towards Nathan's house. The house wasn't far so they got there in no time to her relief.
She got off the bike and took the helmet off, "If I take more than five minutes you have my permission to come in."
Julian just shook his head in response with a chuckle. Kylie just rolled her eyes as she ran up to the house to hurry inside.
Barely closing the door she got into the bathroom where she knew Mary had make up remover for the Halloween makeup specifically. Grabbing the bottle she went to work with quickly cleaning her face of leaving just barely any mascara on her long lashes.
She went straight to the guest room afterwards struggling the get the dress off and grab her ripped up black skinny jeans. She struggled putting them on as she didn't care to even take the also black swayed combat boots off. She managed though. It was by then she heard the door opening when she grabbed her white hoodie off the bed.
She just managed to slip it on and look in the mirror by the time Julian entered the room. Examining her reflection when he did she noticed her hair was a mess with the little spider clips all tangled up in her wild curls still.
"No angel?" Julian asked.
She was confused for a moment then she realized down the side of the sleeves of her hoodie said "no angel". She laughed when she noticed what he meant.
"Come on then angel," he smirked causing her to roll her eyes as usual. She walked past him and he followed behind her back outside to his bike. Kylie picked up the helmet putting it on as Julian decided to take the doctor's mask off. She eyed him curiously as he put his pointer finger of his lips telling her to shush. He walked over to the house across the street, opening their mailbox to slip the mask inside.
"Your going to give Ms. Roberts a heart attack in the morning," Kylie said to him with arms crossed.
"I'm sure she will live."
He gave her a smile as he climbed onto his bike with her getting on behind him. She slipped her arms around him slowly then tightening her hold on him. Placing her head against his back she could feel his warmth. She focused on the rhythm of his heart as the engine of the motorcycle roared to life. The moment he took off down the road she found her eyes closed feeling nothing but overwhelming serenity there with him.
