[15]Movie Night

"Come on lets make some snacks for movie night"

-Alisons POV-

We made some popcorn and got some sweets too.

We sat down on the couch and started going through Netflix.

"What do you want to watch?" I asked Joe.

"I don't mind, you pick" he replied.

"Ugh I hate picking, at least tell me what kind of movie."

"Hmm, comedy?"

"Sure"

I switched the tab to comedy and a bunch of movies popped up.

"Omg I love white chicks!"

"Lets watch that then," Joe chuckled.

We started watching it and we had a blanket over us.

We were sitting quite close to each other but no cuddling or anything, not that I'd mind.

After that we watched more movies and it was getting late.

We decided on a horror at the end.

Joe was picking the movie this time.

We watched a few horrors actually.

We watched 'don't knock twice, hush, childs play, human centipede, insidious' and some more.

I jumped at quite a lot of parts but whenever I did Joe would squeeze my hand and chuckle a bit.

I was getting a bit tired so I moved closer to Joe and rested my head on his chest.

He put his arm round me and I felt safe.

I was closing my eyes then I jumped up so high that I fell of the couch just because a scary face popped up on screen.

"Ahhhh ouch!!" I screamed then said.

Joe couldn't stop laughing, "are.. you..okay?" He said in between laughs.

"Yeah.."

He picked me up from the ground and sat me on his lap.

"Its okay nobody will hurt you as long as I'm here," he told me.

I could melt right now.

He's so sweet. He's so cute. He's so hot.

I don't want this moment to end.

I stared into his blue eyes, with a smile across my face. He was staring into my eyes and had a smile on his face too.

He started to lean in and close his eyes.

He's going to kiss me.

I don't want to give him a wrong impression.

Before he got too close I went off his lap and sat beside him with my head leaning on his chest continuing to watch the movie.

Don't get me wrong, I think I like Joe but..

I'm not ready, I'm still hurting from Brad.

I don't want to be in a relationship this quick.

-Joes POV-

She was so beautiful, I'm so lucky to have her in my life. Even as a friend.

I don't want to be her friend though.

I want more.

I was staring at her as she cuddled closer to me when she got scared.

Then out of no where she jumped at a jump scare in the movie and landed on the ground.

I couldn't stop laughing. "Are..you..okay?"

I asked in between laughs.

"Yeah.." she answered.

I picked her up and sat her in my lap.

"Its okay nobody will hurt you as long as I'm here," I told her being sure of it.

I want more. I want more right now.

Shes just.. perfect.

I closed my eyes and started leaning in to kiss her.

I felt her shift a bit and then she went of my lap and sat beside me cuddling into me.

What just happened.

I thought she felt the same way.

I opened my mouth to say something but closed it straight after.

Do I say something?

Or..

I'm just confused.

We had a spark.

Wheres that gone?
