Hello. I'd like to apologize for not updating. ive been having a lot of trouble with my dermatillomania and trichotillomania. it was very hard for me to focus on regular tasks like writing and drawing/painting. So I'm very sorry. ALSO, remember a few chapters back when Eliza said she liked Alex? she doesn't, she was just confused and tipsy.

Alexander woke up to the bright, Autumn (fall) light engulfing his vision. He slowly untangled from Laurens' tough grip on his waist and sat up, legs still covered with John's. Alex planted a soft, tender kiss on his forehead and started to get dressed.

He pulled on some skinny, low-waisted jeans, a white shirt and one of John's green hoodies. Of course, Alex had a few of his own. But the scent of John's was enough to satisfy him.

Alex slipped on his shoes and grabbed his keys, heading out the door. His plan was to grab some pretty flowers for John. That's all he went out for. Alex knew John adored daisies and John knew Alex loved lillies.

It was quite adorable, actually. They once sat together on the couch, asking each other what flowers they like. So, Alex was on his way to the local flower shop. He was almost there. Just a few more steps.

He opened the wooden door, the bell at the top singnalising his entrance. Behind the counter, he saw Eliza.

"Eliza!" He exclaimed

"Hi Alex!"

"I had no idea you worked here"

"Well, I only applied today and they already gave me the job! I guess they really did need new workers" She chuckled.

"Oh, that's cool. Anyways, I'm here to get some daisies for John"

"Awh, that's very thoughtful of you, Alex. We don't have them here but I'll have a look in the storage behind" she said and Alex nodded, eagerly waiting for Eliza to get the flowers, as she disappeared.

"There you go" Eliza came back to the till and handed Alex the flowers.

"Thank you, 'Liza. How much?"

"I'll give you a little discount" she whispered and snickered "$1.45"

Alex searched in his wallet for the money and then handed it to Eliza.

"Thank you, Eliza. See you later?" He smiled.

"Of course!"

"Bye" He waved and headed out of the door.

Eliza was truly a wonderful person. You would never find anyone as kind or trusting.

Alex turned the key and went inside. He took his shoes off and placed them near the doormat. Then, went into the bedroom to see if John was awake. He wasn't. Alexander placed the flowers on John's bedside drawer and went into the kitchen to make some coffee.

Soon after, John came strolling into the kitchen. He wrapped his arms around Alex from the back and pecked his cheek.

"Thank you, baby"

"Anything for you" Alex smiled and spun around, facing John.

John connected their lips and Alex followed.

After disconnecting, Alex cupped John's face in his small hands and kissed his nose. Then his forehead, his cheeks and then lips.

"I love you" said John

"I love you too"

"What do you want to do today?" Alex asked.

"I was thinking we could go to the nearby park, and have a picnic?"

"Sounds lovely!" Alex exclaimed. John smiled and went into the bedroom to get dressed.

Alex proceeded to make some food for the picnic. He prepared a few sandwiches, some fruit, drinks and snacks. Not long after, John came out wearing some black, tight jeans, a green shirt and a denim jacket.

Alex ran into the bedroom and picked up one of the daisies, ripping 3/4 of the stem off. He went into the corridor where John stood and tucked the flower behind John's ear, near his messy bun.

John pecked Alex's cheek and grabbed hair keys. They then headed out.
