I woke up, with a burning feeling in the side of my head. My eyes fluttered open, and I found myself on a milky white couch. A wet cloth was placed over my head, and a blanket was draped over me. Where am I?
I pulled the blanket off, and examined my inguries. My knees were bandaged, and my arms had little cuts along the elbow. I removed the cloth on my head, and saw it was had a red tint to it. Dizzily I reached up and felt the right side off my head, it hurt at the slightest touch, and as I brought my hand back down, I saw red liquid on my finger tips.
Putting the cloth back on, I heard a faint mumbling coming from the room to my left. Following the sound, I found myself in the kitchen. Two girls about my age were sitting on the counter talking quietly to each other.
"A-Ashlyn? Eve?" I asked walking closer to them. "Your up!" Eve squealed, rushing to my side. "What happened??" Ashlyn asked putting her hand gently on my shoulder. "The last thing I remember is being at a party...and the police came...I don't know why. Then I ran, and now I'm here." I said trying hard to remember everything.
"Look, Jessica...we have to put a stop to this. You came here with a bloody head for goodness sake! We have to do something about it." Eve said leading me to the kitchen table so I could sit down. "I-I-I know, things have gotten out of hand. But before the party I made a plan, and I'm not sure if it'll work but it's the best thing we've got." I explained pulling the piece of paper out of my purse.
After telling them everything, I received confused looks. "You want us to rob your house???" They both said in unison. I nodded, "We can do it tonight, and it's already...7:00. My mom will still be watching tv in her room, so we can just go in my room, take my stuff, and leave without her noticing." I said checking the time on my phone.
They both nodded. "Great! Let's go, before moms shows end."
