It was early in the morning, & H was lying half awake in his bed. His room was purple with lots of decorations on the wall. The carpet was dark grey & very fluffy. The ceiling was just plain white with a giant light bulb hanging from it that never seemed to be turned on. A black & silver chandelier also hung from the ceiling, despite the lightbulb already being there. It seemed to be more of a decoration though. A small electric guitar sat right next to the door. The door had green & white marble-like chains that you had to push to the side to get through, & around it was a gold frame. Beside the door lay a massive bed. It was dark purple with a black headboard & footboard, & a black & green blanket, but there was no pillow.

Slowly & sleepily, H sat up in bed. He yawned loudly & then reached for his headphones, which he kept on the floor beside his bed, & plopped them on his head. He bobbed his head up & down, tapped his foot, & began humming the tune to his favourite song. He was just getting into it when:
"Hi! Whatcha doin'?" Chirped his younger sister, Carly. She was only a year younger than her brother.
"What that flippin' heck is wrong with you?!" Asked H, sounding very annoyed.

Carly shrugged her shoulders & smiled. Her fluffy pink hair bounced & fell back down over her shoulders. Her turquoise eyes sparkled, even though there were no lights on, or windows in either of their bedrooms. Her pyjamas were light pink with black hearts all over. The top had one in the middle, & the trousers had them scattered everywhere. The sleeves were ruffled in faux white silk, as were the bottom of her trousers. Her feet & arms were bare, showing off her pale skin. Some people questioned how she was related to H since they looked nothing alike - his skin was more brown, he had hazel eyes & dark brown hair. Their main similarity however were their heights, which were identical.

Meanwhile, Pearl (H and Carly's 12 year old sister) had just gotten dressed. She was wearing a dress as red as blood with a pastel pink overskirt. She had black tights, & bright red shoes with gold ribbons on them. A pair of large, black glasses sat above her nose like two picture frames around her beautiful blue eyes. Atop her head sat a light pink headband of roses, over her soft, curly, cloud-like blonde hair. She was very pale (even more so than Carly), & her cheeks were a soft pinky colour.

As she walked down the staircase from the lounge, she talked to her bunny, whose name she never could remember, & then it squeaked something back to her. Pearl was just about to sit at her desk until she saw that her dad was already sitting there.
"Daddy! What are you doing in here??" She cried. He giggled in his high-pitched voice.
"I a-was just here to a-look at Kidney!" He replied, happily. Kidney was his pet rock. A rock shaped like a Kidney.

Bob (Pearl's dad) was tall, & his skin was quite pink. He had strawberry blonde hair & sky blue eyes. His t-shirt was pale yellow with a dark blue jacket over it. He wore light brown trousers with tall, dark brown boots over them. Usually he acted very dumb, but he really was a sweet person. Even when he was Serious Bob.
"Get up, Daddy!" Forced Pearl. Bob got up & skipped very clumsily but happily into the living room.

Pearl sat down on her chair. It was silver & the back of it was black with a feather design. The dark purple cushioned part was very thick and soft. The funny thing was, there were so many purple things in the house, & no one even liked purple all that much, especially Pearl. The desk was also purple with silver legs and two cork boards on top, each side being lit up by LED lights. The mirror was huge & had the exact same designs as the boards. There were two cupboards built into the desk. One had two shelves inside, but the other was completely empty. Above where the chair would fit in, there was a small pull-out keyboard that actually worked. It was supposed to look like a drawer, and you needed a key to open it.
"Hmm.. what should I play?" Pearl thought to herself as she opened the keyboard, "I know! I'll play the computer!"

She opened the cupboard & opened her gold laptop. It was very sparkly & it had a little red bow sticker on top. She looked up the game Five Nights At Freddy's 3, & began to play. A little while later, she was lying on the floor, curled up in a ball, shaking.

Her mum, Gidget, walked in.
"What are you doing on the floor?" She asked. She sounded confused, but in her head she couldn't stop laughing.

Pearl shook so much she began to cry.
"B-but.. Springtrap! I couldn't stop him, & n-now he's gonna.. he's coming to get me!" Then she added, "Please tell me what we're having for breakfast. Please don't be pizza.."
"No, it's not pizza." Pearl sighed with relief before Gidget continued with, "IT'S CEREAL!! Mwahaha!" Pearl screamed, but she got up & walked into the living room anyway. Gidget followed, laughing to herself.

In the living room, Bob was sitting on the couch with Kidney beside him. The room was small and it had blue & white striped walls. The carpet was dark grey. There were two couches, both of them were red with black legs. In the corner was a table where the TV sat. Pearl & Gidget looked at Bob as he giggled.
"Daddy, what are you doing?" Asked Pearl like Bob was weird (which he was).
He giggled in returned and said, "I was a-waiting for the TV to come on!"
"What an idiot," replied Gidget. She rolled her eyes & face palmed. "You need to turn it on with the remote."
Bob giggled because he didn't believe her. He said that it always came on when H walked in to the room (obviously because he turned it on). Gidget just gave up, and walked away.

Back in H's room, he had stopped listening to his music because Carly was talking way too much. She was now sitting with her legs crossed on her brother's bed, & they were playing Cluedo, together (which was a rare occurrence). H was Professor Green, his favourite colour, & Carly was Ms. Scarlet. Unfortunately for her, there was no pink, so she went for the second best option. Carly was pretending to have no clue what the answers were so that she would win. She kept guessing what she had, and when H opened the envelope, and he was wrong, Carly got exactly what she wanted. That girl sure knew how to be a devil.
"Gosh flippin' darn it!" Yelled H. Carly laughed like she was a villain in a Disney movie, or she had just became the queen of the world. Or like her mum did when she tricked Pearl.

Gidget had finished making breakfast, so she shouted from the kitchen, "Go into the dining room, breakfast is ready!"
H moaned at the thought of getting up, "Can't I just eat in my room?"
Gidget sighed. "I suppose so. Don't let your dad in!"

Pearl left the living room, walked through Carly's overly pink room, stepped through the marble chained door, & sat on the bed with her older siblings. Gidget brought them their cereal & then went into the dining room to eat hers. H suggested that they play Truth Or Dare, & so they did.
"H, Truth Or Dare?" Asked Carly as if she was plotting something.
"Uh, Dare. Duh," H replied, sounding determined to do anything.
"Okay, if you don't find a date in the next two months, like you've been complaining about.." Carly started.
"..you have to walk me to school everyday until I start high school!" Pearl finished.
H thought about it for a minute until he said, "Deal!"
He shook her hand, ready for a challenge, however the punishment wasn't too bad since Pearl was starting high school the next year.

They ate their breakfast in silence.
