Stardew Valley Shane X Female Player: Want A Light?

Chapter 28: Confessing To Her ((LEMON NEXT CHAPTER!))

Poke's POV:

I wait in Shane's room while waiting for someone to come tell me I can come out. I start drifting off to thinking about Shane. I hope he's ok back in the room with dad. Dad can get a bit, violent in words, when boys/men are around. It's about five minute later when Shane comes in the room with a bright red face. "M-Marnie wants me to take you home..." I smile and walk up to him. "Ok! Let me just say goodbye to my family!" I walk with Shane out into the living room and say my goodbyes to my mom, dad, and Marnie. For some reason Marnie smirks at Shane and gives him a thumbs up as we leave.

Once we got to the farm we go onto the porch and I turn towards Shane. "Today was amazing Shane!" I wish I can have days like these with him where it doesn't just end here. He smiles his vibrant smile, "I'm glad you liked it, but..." Shane's smile drops and his face is red. He speaks up again, "Poke, I need to tell you something. Inside the house if you wouldn't mind..." I see his face is serious and nod. "Of course Shane." I open the door and close it once we're both inside. Shane rubs his neck and looks off to the side for a minute before he asks me another question, "C-C-Can we go in the bedroom?" His face is an even brighter shade of red. Once inside my bedroom Shane speaks up, "Poke... When I first met you, I knew you were different... I liked that about you and wanted to be your friend..." He kept on flickering his eyes from me to the floor. "I now am your friend, I think? But..." He stopped flickering his eyes from the floor. He has a pleading look in his eyes as he said the words I never expected, but hoped, from him.

"Poke... I-... I l-l-love you... I-I want to be with you..."

I felt my face heat up and my stomach doing flips. I run up to him and hug him. He seemed shocked and then I say what I always wanted to say to him, "I love you too Shane..." Then I finally kiss him, on the lips... They were soft. I then feel Shane kiss back, and I feel fireworks going off inside of my head. We separate because, well, humans kind of need air. I see his face red, but I also see he has a small smile. "I-I'm so happy... I n-never would have thought... Never would have imagined... This can happen to me, for real... I always thought it never would..." I felt tears stream down my face and I smile my most genuine smile. Shane loves me back... Shane loves me back! "M-Me too Shane..." I can feel both of our hearts pounding. I never thought I could escape Johnathan and find someone who really loves me back... Shane wipes the tears away from my eyes. Shane speaks to me softly and warmly,

"I love you Poke... I love you completely... I never want to let you go..."
