16: A Spark

Over the next few weeks, Taehyung teased Aurora, yet soon found himself having trouble at controlling himself too. Her sweet, intoxicating scent of roses, her addicting, sweet tasting skin, and the way she reacted whenever he touched her. Every whimper, every shiver, every little move excited him more every time, making him want her more. He dismissed Tzuyu and nights of love making off in favor of just teasing Aurora during the day.

"V-v..."

And every time she said his name, the soft shaking of her voice, he wanted to hear it exactly same way begging for him in bed. Taehyung knew that these feelings were only coming because of his natural temptation to disrupt all that is good and pure. And Aurora was the exact definition of pure. She was like a delicate flower, so new to the world and so pure; and he wanted to ruin that purity.

"Call for Aurora to my study."

Mark obliged as he went off to get her. Aurora arrived a few minutes later wearing a off the shoulder white peasant dress with a flower tucked behind her ear. He grinned as he said, "Mark, you may leave us alone now."

Aurora gulped at those words as the butler left, with only her and V in the same room.

"I-is there something you wanted, V?"

He nodded as he gestured her over.

"Yes, my dear. Come over here," He grinned seductively. "And find out."

Aurora went over to his side, but Taehyung wanted her closer. He pulled her onto his lap and immediately pressed his lips to her exposed collarbone. She gasped at the sudden contact and blushed.

"V, why do you always call me for these types of things? Don't you have female consorts for this?" She asked as he ran kisses up the right side of her neck. He smiled against her skin.

"They're all old, sweetheart. I want something new," He said, like as if she were a new favorite toy. "Something untouched."

Aurora whimpered a bit as he sucked lightly on the hollow space in between.

"So I can make it mine before anyone else." He said as his eyes turned a dark blue. He pulled away and gently brushed her bottom lip with his thumb.

"You have such pretty looking lips, my dear." He said, biting his own in response. Aurora's perfect, pink rose petal lips were parted ever so slightly; they look so perfect and kissable. "I wonder if they taste as good as they look."

She gasped as he leaned over to her ear and whispered, "Do you want me to kiss you, Aurora?"

Aurora shivered as he slowly licked the shell of her ear, occasionally biting at the lobe.

"V, please." She said, but he kissed the back of her ear before trailing down her neck.

"Does Aurora like this?" He purred as his hand stroked her waist. Aurora whimpered in response.

"You can always tell me to stop, love." He whispered a final time before pulling away. Her face was bright red as she gulped and gently pushed him away.

"Could we stop now, please?" She asked. He chuckled before kissing the back of her hand.

"Of course, my dear." He said, his smooth, deep voice flowing off his lips like a dark wine. Aurora got off of him as she left for her room. Taehyung chuckled before he looked at the flower that was in her hair before that he had taken out during their very brief tease together. He twirled around before bringing it to his nose to inhale it's sweet scent.

"A flower more beautiful than the rest..."

"Why hasn't he called for me yet?! It's been forever!"

Tzuyu stomped her foot in anger as she paced.

"Well, he does have a new fiancé now. Maybe you should find some other demon to whore."

Tzuyu pouted at the black haired girl who was sucking on a lollipop, sitting on the dirty bed that they both had to sleep on.

"Oh shut up Momo, you know I can't do that! He's the most powerful demon of all! If I step down to some B-list demon, I'll be a joke!" She exclaimed. Momo laughed as she popped the lollipop out of her mouth.

"Tzuyu, you're already a joke! You're the slut of the goddamn king! If you keep this up, they'll just think of you as Plan B!"

Tzuyu shook her head and crossed her arms.

"I can't believe out of all the women in the world, he chose an angel!"

Momo shrugged as she stuck the lollipop back in her mouth.

"They always did say opposites attracted." She said. Tzuyu stomped her foot in anger as she squealed.

"There has be some reason behind this!" Tzuyu complained, but Momo already knew the harsh truth. Tzuyu had just been a toy to him, he was just like a child; he had a favorite toy, before abandoning it when he saw a new one. Taehyung would never think of Tzuyu as more than just another desperate girl who was willing to throw herself at him.

"Tzuyu, just forget about him! You don't need him to take care of you!" Momo exclaimed, but Tzuyu remained sturbborn.

"I will find out why he proposed her. Then, I'm going to figure how to make him all mine." She said, cackling at the end. Momo shook her head as she rolled her eyes. This outta be good.

"You called for me, V?"

The king nodded as he was reading a book in his bed, wearing silky pajamas under a satin blue striped robe. He gestured towards the bed. He looked up and smirked at what he saw. The white nightgown she wore looked heavenly on her, the simple bell cap sleeves exposing her slender arms and the skirt ending above the knees showed off her lovely looking legs.

He put the book aside as Aurora stood in front of him. He patted the bed, where she sat down, but he pulled her down onto his chest and wrapped his arms around her.

"V, what are you doing?!" She asked in a panicked voice as he held her close to his chest.

"I can't sleep yet, so you'll stay with me until I sleep." He murmured as he inhaled the sweet scent of flowers in her hair. Aurora blushed, but knew she couldn't do anything, so she just got comfortable in his arms. She fell asleep before him, leaving Taehyung playing with her hair as she slept on top of him.

"Beautiful..."
