~Genevieve Arellano

"Are you sure you have everything?" I ask.

"Yes Genevieve, we triple checked." My father laughs and picks up his suitcase.

"Ok, ok, I just wanted to make sure." I sigh and Cam chuckles.

"You're not even going and you're more stressed out than us." He laughs.

"Well if you want to forget something then fine, I will stop." I scoff and cross my arms over my chest.

"Hush." Cam says and rolls his eyes.

"Don't hush me, I will kick your ass." I warn and he bursts out into a fit of laughter, I bite the inside of my cheek to stop myself from laughing.

He puts up his arms in defence, "I will stop now, don't want you to kick my ass." He chuckles and wipes the tears from his eyes.

"Arsehole." I scoff.

"Now, now, children. Behave." My father says and we all start laughing.

"Bye guys!" I say and push them out the door.

"Miss you already." Cam says sarcastically.

"Aww, miss you too!" I reply in the same tone. My dad turns to look at me.

"Don't get into trouble, no house parties and no boys." He warns and I roll my eyes. Little does he know.

"Don't worry, see you on Saturday." I wave them goodbye and watch them get in the car and drive away. I walk inside and lock the door before running around the house and jumping up in the air.

"Woohoo!" I shout and dance around the room.

"Someone seems happy."

I scream, I turn around and I'm greeted with a smiling Harry, my eyes widen In shock, "How the hell did you get in here you creep?" I yell.

Harry laughs and walks over to me, he wraps his arms around my waste and pecks me on the nose, "Your window was open." He winks.

"There's this thing called a door." I roll my eyes.

"What's the fun in that?" He chuckles and I smile.

"I guess you're right." I admit.

"Are you not happy to see me?" He pouts and I shake my head.

"No, I'm delighted to see you, you just scared me, that's all." I say and kiss him.

He hums In the kiss and then pulls away, "I'm sorry babe." He pouts and I smile.

"It's ok." I nod.

"So, what shall we do today?" He asks.

"I don't know, I didn't have time to plan anything." I admit.

"How about, I take you out for pizza and ice cream and then we come back here for a movie? We could build a fort and get snacks and everything!" He explains sounding like a child.

"Perfect." I smile and his smile widens. Luckily I am already dressed so we leave right away. We walk around the corner to Harry's car after I locked up the house and we get inside. He starts up the engine and drives to the centre. I hum along to the radio whilst it plays and Harry joins in, we both look at each other every once in a while. He looks unreal without even trying.

We get to the centre and make our way to the pizza parlour, we walk inside and sit at a booth in the corner. He sits next to me and scoots closer to me when the waiter comes over.

"What would you like to order?" He asks, his eyes locked with mine.

I look to Harry and then back at the waiter, "Please may I have a large pepperoni pizza, with a Diet Coke and lemonade?" I ask and he nods.

"Anything for a lovely lady like you." He smirks. I feel Harry's hand move to my thigh and squeezes it slightly.

"Thank you, bye." I say as politely as possible and look at Harry who doesn't seem very happy after that.

"Dick." He scoffs and I laugh.

When I see the waiter coming back with our drinks, I lean in and kiss Harry. Harry seems to be happy with my gesture because he smiles throughout the kiss. The waiter comes over and places our drinks on the table and walks away. I make sure to thank him.

Once our food arrives, we dig in. Pizza tastes the best but it tastes even better when you're starving. I'm starving. Harry and I engage in small talk throughout but not a lot because we were too busy eating.

"I've always wanted to ask, how come you eat normal food? I thought you drank blood to keep you full." I ask and he chuckles.

"I mean, it's optional." He says and I nod.

"Oh, that's good I guess." I say and he nods.

The waiter comes back with the check, Harry offers to pay and I shake my head, "Harry, we can split it to save the argument." I say and he chuckles.

"Fine." He gives in. There's no point of arguing, even if he did pay, I would pay for ice cream afterwards.

"Lets go get some ice cream babe." He says and gets up from the booth and I follow behind him. I can feel the waiters eyes on me but I ignore him. Harry puts his arm on the small of my back and we walk inside the ice cream place. We sit down and look at the menu.

"Vanilla, chocolate, oh salted caramel!" I say a little too enthusiastically and Harry chuckles.

"You can have them all." He smiles and I look at him.

"Sounds good to me." I smile and he leans in to kiss me but it's stopped when the waitress comes over. He sighs heavily and looks at the girl.

"What would you like?" She asks.

"Two ice creams with three scoops, one vanilla, one chocolate and one salted caramel." He lists and the girl writes it down and nods before leaving.

"Thank you." I say even though I will end up paying for half anyway, I don't expect Harry to pay for me and if I have money on me, I have no problem In pitching in.

"Anytime." He smiles.
